Pagkatapos ng practice ay agad na lumabas si Ivan sa music room ng bahay ni Janniel Tamares,  isa sa mga kaibigan nya. Kaagad niyang inayos ang gitara sa case nito. 

Mayroon namang mga musical instruments sa loob ng music room pero nakasanayan nya na ito ang gamitin tuwing practice at laban.

That guitar is a gift from his elder sister when he turn sixteen.  And now he's twenty five he's still using it.

At the age of twenty five ay wala pa syang asawa at wala pa syang balak mag-asawa. Lagi syang kinukulit ng ate nya tungkol sa pag-aasawa Dahil natatakot ito na baka raw tumanda syang binata. 

'Well, if that's my fate I would accept it whole heartedly .' Yan ang lagi niyang sinasabi sa kapatid niya tuwing kinukulit sya nito.

Palabas na sana sya ng bahay ng tumunog ang cellphone nya.

  Sir, nagpatawag po ng meeting ang board.  And for reminders po, yung dinner meeting nyo po kay Ms. Fernandez of Fernandez Real Estate, 7 pm at Royalties po.

Napangiti si Ivan sa nabasa.  Sa wakas ay nakakuha din sila ng appointment,  napakahirap ang kumuha ng appointment doon dahil marami itong kliyente.  Mabuti ay nasingit sila.

Balak niya kasing I expand ang IVS Condominium .  Balak nyang doon bumili ng lupa dahil mabilis ang pagproseso ng papeles doon kaya naman mas mapapadali ang pagpapatayo ng building 7 .

  Okay,  I'll be there.  And tell the board I don't come. Just email me their report.
