(AN: Yes, I know, I'm terrible and can't keep a schedule, now my goal is to give it to you once a week, but my sister just turned 21 and the rest is history. Remember that all credits for the story are to Fangirling_FTW_ ; Oh and if you didn't notice because of my "great" prose, this is unbetaed)

So this Chapter opens with a condensed version of the last three months, with Cas and Dean being *sighs* "just friends". Cas also tells us how he has started to notice the subtle changes of mannerisms with each person that Dean's with. For example: When Dean's near dates, he's a smooth-talker, practically a sex god... *sarcastically* Mhm, why does it sound familiar?*deadpan* Ah, yes, the answer starts with C and ends with Castiel. But the best is when they are together and they would just be two bent but not broken people trying to make their way around the world *dries her totally single, totally macho, tear(s)*. And worse of all, Cas is still crazily, stupidly in love with him *heart breaks*. Now we're back to the present with Dean preparing himself to meet Jess, obviously with the help of Cas (because Cas is his love, Cas is his life)*squees at the cuteness of nervous, trying to impress Dean*. Dean asks Cas if he can stay to meet Jam (not sure if that's the ship name, but sure as Crowley it sounds a lot better that Sess.),  Dean finishes getting himself prettied up and he says that that's as good as it gets (AKA: The Expldevarytron 3000) *drools* and Cas tells him that he would stay but  he believes would be too "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner"-y *pouts* without actually being a couple. *regains composure before she starts a rant about some 8 years or somethin' like that* Well, that was close!

*smirks* The thing that Cas doesn't know is that Dean actually told Sam and Jess to come over earlier than told just so that Cas could meet them. Cas' first reaction to Sam can be simply condensed into one phrase: Huge kind attractive Moose. Jess is practically us if we finally had some piece of that Padalecki ass,  and convinces Cas to stay for "just some drinks" (really, I'm almost sure she shares the position of Chairman Of the Board with Gabey-Pooh) and while Sam and Jess are in banter we (and Cas) are painfully reminded that *voice breaks* Dean doesn't do feelings *chokes out a sob*.  Cas shrugs it off in the best way, the Sasstiel way, making Jess and him best buddies forever (just don't let her get near fire hazards and/or roofs).

The "just for a few drinks" turned into dinner that then turned to dessert that then turned to "a few more drinks" again. Cas meanwhile compares the Winchester-Moore reaction to him being bi (Jess being fully supportive and Sam being glad he had some new blackmail material) to his own family's *starts quietly crying but then she quickly regains composure* let's just say it wasn't *voice breaks* pretty. (No shit Sherlock, understatement of the decade). Pretty soon they call it a night, because when Dean starts to get drunk, it's better to leave. And after, what? Five minutes of happy fluffy feels that Cas felt? It goes back to black:

{Castiel smiled at the exchange, and it faded slowly as his thoughts again drifted to his own brothers. A dark cloud settled over the happy warmth he had been feeling only moments earlier, and he sighed heavily. Jealousy didn't sit well on his stomach, but he longed for the type of relationship Dean had with his brother. How his life could have been different if one of his brothers had even bothered to care even half as much as Dean about Sam. He hastily blinked away a tear before it betrayed him and fell down his cheek. He knew alcohol was making him more weepy than he normally would be, but it didn't make it any less embarrassing.}

*sobs* Cas, baby, come here *stretches out arms chasing after Castiel who is trying to escape her* no darlin', my honey bee, please don't cry! *finally gets a hold of Cas and gets him in a bear hug, nearly asphyxiating him*. Well, the good thing is that Jess gives him the verbal reciprocal to that, discussing also the Winchester's shitty childhood (We love you, John Winchester!). Oh and Jess also shows why she is us in this exchange:
