Just let em!

If someone is cutting themselves to death will you report the problem or just let that person continue ruining themselves and be selfish and say "Let them continue they will realize it soon."

If someone is drinking themslves to death will you throw away all the alcohol or say "Lulz he/she will get better soon. So imma watch him/her continue."

It is the same as someone being anorexic, having bad grades, being a abuser, and much more.
I rather report something than say "it wont help" or "let's just watch them killing or ruining themselves slowly."

Rant done. Go ahead and disagree with me on this, but I won't have a debate with people anymore who probably can not understand the meaning of helping others. It does not matter if they say if they will be okay, if it continues then do something about it damnit,
