Uhh No. Go ahead and tell the truth but dont make fun of them. It is NOT right. No matter how disgusting they look or how annoying they are. But doesn't mean to cheer them on saying "YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL NO MATTER WHAT!!"
Because anorexia and obesity is NOT beautiful. Not because how bad they will look, but because of their unhealthy their weight is. And because of you cheering that person to keep eating/starving guess who will end up in a coffin?
Yes that person may have a beautiful heart but yet their health isn't nowhere beautiful. It is just sad and upsetting.
