Clint's POV::
I woke up to Y/N mumbling something. I stared at the dark ceiling as I tried to figure out her words.
"Ste...Steve.."
Wait what? Did she say Steve??
"Where..... Clint?" Clint?" She mumbled.
I sat up in the bed to look at her. Her face was sweaty and she twisted in the bed.
"Clint..Clint...." She mumbled.
"Clint! CLINT... CLINT COME BACK TO ME..."
"Clint don't leave me.... Clint.. CLINT.."
She started screaming my name furiously.
I shook her awake.
"Y/N... Y/N...wake up dear. Its just a nightmare..."
She sat up suddenly. Looking at me with tear filled eyes she hugged me tight.
"Clint don't leave me.."
"I'm not leaving... Don't cry dear. I'm right here. Its just a nightmare. I'll never ever leave you."
"I love you Clint."
"I love you too Y/N. I love you so much to leave you.."
I kissed her forehead and put her to sleep.
