Chapter Nine
Here I stand in my enemy's territory. A lot has changed since the last time I came here. There's no denying the Michaels were pretty loaded. Sam's father is a business man while his mom's a fashion designer.
Sam's parents; Uncle Caleb and Aunt Leila gave us a warm welcome as we entered their house. They had a little talk with my parents while I casually nod my head every now and then. Their house felt like home but I still felt so alien about moving here.
And as quick as we went here, it's time to say my goodbyes to my parents.
"It's late, I guess we'll be leaving then." My parents stood up as the Michaels did. After a few goodbyes from each other they turn to me.
"I'll miss you, Mom...and Dad."
"We'll miss you more Darling."
"Aren't you really going to change your mind? A few weeks is quite long."
They both laugh faintly.
"I promise you, we won't be that long."
I just nodded. I don't want to cry, I'm a big girl now.
"Take care of yourself and study hard, call us anytime you need us."
"You too. Have a safe flight. I love you."
"We love you more."
With that they're gone.
Since it's a school night and it's already late Aunt Leila guide me to my new room where I'll be staying for a couple of weeks.
"Caleb and I will be working tomorrow morning so just ask Sam if you need something, or the maids for that matter."
"Thanks Aunt Leila. and goodnight." I smiled sincerely.
"Goodnight! and feel at home, I hope you like your new room."

The room was painted in a light shade of blue and a matching furniture. I also have my own balcony. Two doors on the corner which I'm guessing as the bathroom and the closet. An empty study table, and a book shelve with a few books.
Packing is for tomorrow. I thought as I lay in the bed. The bed was very comfortable I didn't have a hard time sleeping. It's not that bad at all except for the fact that Sam is probably just next door.

I woke up with a start.
I checked my alarm clock and contemplated to go back to sleep but then I remembered I have school today and I still have to unpack my clothes. So I ended getting up early from bed as much as I don't want to.
hold on your horses!
why is that blanket breathing?!
o_O
I poke the breathing blanket while giggling, I can't believe the Michaels own breathing blankets! how cool is that! But to my utter disbelief an arm around me tighten. Ha! how can they-- a blanket with an arm! how cool is-- o_O
Oh my freaking God
The last I checked blankets do not breathe..
and they certainly don't have arms!
I manage roll out of the bed, but with a loud thud I fall butt first to the ground.
ow ow ow shit shit I hissed. The last thing I needed to do was to wake up the intruder. As I recover from the fall I slowly made my way to the other side of the bed.
