Chapter 1 Wall Maria Falls

I'm sitting on the roof of a building in Shiganshina District when I hear and see a giant titan head pop over the wall! "Dear god," I say out loud when I see it. My entire life I've never seen something like this. My survival instinct pops into my head.

This could either be some crazy titan that can climb or a 50 meter tall titan. Either way it's a new problem for the Garrison. Those lazy donkeys won't stand a chance. We will lose the wall either way. We'll it might have had a chance with some Survey Corps and me. I can only do so much though. I guess I will have to give it a try. Im pretty sure that my old mentor, Levi, would do the same if he were here.

I make sure my maneuver gear is good on fuel and ride off the the wall. I see that the mystery titan had disappeared. Dang it, I say to myself and land on top of the wall. When I look down I stay calm on the outside, but inside I'm kinda terrified. I see at least 100 titans walking through a huge hole in the wall. This is my greatest challenge yet.

When I look down on the inside of the wall. I see so many Garrison troops down in the mayhem. Without a second thought I fly down.
