A haunted house was built near Takeshi's place. In that haunted house there were people who made up like ghosts to frighten visitors. The haunted house had become the most popular place to visit in summer.
However, Takeshi, who was as timid as a mouse, never thought of visting it.
"I visited the haunted yesterday. Oh gosh,it was really scary! Even someone who's as daring as me felt frightened. If Takeshi is to visit it, I guess he will either pee in his pants or be frightened to death,"Tamaki told his friend.
"Tamaki, how can yo poke fun at Takeshi like this?"Gotaro said.
"Did I? Who doesn't know he is such a coward?"
"You just said he'll pee in his pants or be frightened to death,"Gotaro stared at Tamaki.
"Oh ya! I should say he'll pee in his pants and then b frightened to death!"
The kids laughed their heads off.
Takeshi wasn't happy that his friends made fun of him.
"I want to visit the haunted house," Takeshi regretted as soon he uttered his words.
Takeshi's words took everyone by surprise. They stared at him spechlessly.
There was no way for Takeshi to swallow his own words.
