I know there hasn't been any updates from my side. Last few days of pregnancy are very difficult. But I still decided to write something today...
-------------

Ever wonder why in English language giving birth is called going in labour? Well I will tell you why it is a damn hard work.

Some women are lucky they have their babies just few hours after the first labour pain they feel and others lets just say it can take days before you have your bundle of joy in your arms.

But one thing is similar whether its short or long labour all women have to go through the difficulty and the excruciating pain to get the baby out. As they say no pain no gain. Believe me, that is true when giving birth.

For first time mothers, my advice is 'be patient'. If you think in a matter of minutes or hours ur baby will be in ur arms well I am sorry to give you reality check. It takes longer...much longer.

By the end, as I mentioned earlier the pregnant woman is tired and she just wants to get the baby out. Easy said than done. My children are thinking Mommy going to hospital and bringing back a baby that is it. I wish it was that easy but its not. And there is wisdom behind it - had a woman not gone through such agonising pain she would never be a protective mother who is ready to sacrifice her love, happiness and her comfort for her children.

Pains are just one part of labour. There is much more to it and unless you go through it you will never understand. They say it gets better each time you give birth meaning easier but honestly my experience has shown otherwise. I doubt I have seen much ease in my second labour and I can tell this third one will not be piece of cake either.

Aaaah well just to remind you all remember me in your dua. Good news soon to be shared inshaa Allah. As for Dublin sisters....well all I can say is patience my dear readers I will surely update after the baby sometime.
