There on the moldy carpet were two blood covered body's laying lifeless on the floor. Blood was everywhere splattered on the walls and covered the furniture. "Griffen no",I gasped as I rushed to his side followed by Dean. Griffen was laying on the ground still and lifeless in his hand was the golden tipped knife that was like the rest of the room stained red. On the other side of the room lay the remains that used to be Jimmy.

He was almost unrecognizable his face was smashed in and his body was ripped to shreds and most of his organs were seeping out of his wounds. And the smell of iron mixed with two day old roadkill was so intense that I almost vomited.

"Griffen....hey... GRIFFEN",Dean cried as he violently shook his body but he didn't respond. I felt old terrifying memories of my sisters death hit me like I had just been punched. My vision clouded with images of her pale lifeless face. I tried to scream ,"get away from me",but I couldn't. That's when my vision started to clear. I saw Dean who was over Griffen's body then he looked up at me and let out a sigh of relief. "He's breathing", I looked at Dean; he had a tired smile on his face.

You know I find it so cute how much these bothers care about each other. "You know I'm gonna kill him when he wakes up"

Okay never mind. "That's strange", Dean said as he was looking Griffen over.

"Are his wounds bad?",I asked. From the amount of blood running down the walls and that covered the floor; there was no way all that blood could come from one person.

"That's just it he doesn't have any kinda open wound anywhere and that's what's concerning and there's no way he could ever do something like that without getting some sort of injury", he said as looked over a the bloody corpse then turned back to his comatosed brother. "We better get going before the cops get here",he said as he grabbed his brothers wrists "Hey Mel...a little help getting my big bro into the car...man for a guy this thin he weights a ton",he said with a small smirk.

"I bet if he were awake right now he'd punch you,"I said as I grabbed Griffen's ankles as I tried lifting the other half of Griffen off the ground and wow Dean wasn't exaggerating this boy was so heavy. We laid Griffen down across the back seat, then Dean opened the trunk and pulled out a pair of handcuffs with strange symbols scratched into them.

"What are you doing with those", I asked from the front seat.
"It's just insurance ok",he said as he handcuffed one of Griffen's hands to the car door. "Ready to go",he asked as he sat in the drivers seat.

"Yeah...but Dean where exactly are we going?"
He didn't say anything as he started the car then he sighed as he turned to me ,"Well considering Griffen's condition there's only one place we can go".
"The hospital?", I questioned.
"What are you crazy we can't take him there", Dean yelled his eyes burned with something that I would have never seen come from him. I don't know if it's was my reaction to what just happened or what but his expression changed from anger to regret and apologetic.
"I'm sorry Mel I didn't mean--",I cut him off.
"It's fine...so where are we going",I said trying to quickly change the subject.
"Um...ok ..well we're gonna go see Debbie",he said as we pulled out of the motel parking lot.

"Who's Debbie",I asked was she an old family friend or an ex lover. It had never occurred to me that if you didn't know the bothers like I do and you just saw them from a distance you'd either be intimidated by them or fall for them. I mean I won't deny these boys aren't bad looking. I mean if you had never met them you think they'd be the heartbreaker type or the one night stand type. But I don't really see Griffen doing something like that but I wouldn't put it past Dean.

"Debbie is sorta like our mom...well technically she's are foster mother. See after are parents died we were at an age where getting adopted wasn't gonna happen. Anyway we were in foster care for awhile going from home to home until we finally put with Debbie. And two be honest I hated her at first I don't really know why now but she turned out to be one of the greatest people I've ever known."he laughed," it's kinda funny how life turns out".

"Hey you probably should get some sleep it's gonna be a long drive and I need you to take the wheel if I doze off",he chuckled.

"That's not funny.", I said.

"Okay maybe not but still get some sleep", he said look ahead down the empty road. It was still dark out and it was kinda hard to see past the reaches of the headlights.

"Fine",I sighed as I turned towards the window and drifted off to sleep.

I was awoken by Dean,"Mel...Mel wake up we're here",he whisper softly. I slowly opened my eyes and tried to wake up myself. I managed to get out of the car and stretch my legs.

"What time is it", I asked not because I was concerned that the sky was still as dark as when I went to sleep but because I was just curious to see how long I was out.

"It's midnight",he said as he struggled to get Griffen out of the car. I looked at are destination it was a small oak wooden shack in the middle of the woods. Yep this totally  doesn't look like the set of a horror movie. I mean the windows were cracked and fractured. It looked completely abandoned.

"So what do ya think", Dean asked with a smirk on his face.

"You've got to be kidding me",I said as I helped Dean with his brother. We slowly hobbled are way to the door which it's hinges were rusted and we're falling off. Dean set down Griffen and walked closer to the door and knocked.

"I don't think anyone's home Dean",I said.  That's when the old wooden door swung open. A woman stood in the door way she was a little shorter than I was and a little pudgy too. Her amber hair was done up in a bee hive looking bun that showed off her big pearl earrings. She wore a blue flannel shirt and blue jeans. I watched as her pissed expression change to relief.

"Dean welcome back ",she said as she gave him a big hug. Then out off no where she slapped him clean across the face. "I told you to not go out on a hunt without telling me you could've died do you know how many nights I spent worrying about you two",she yelled. This'll be interesting.
