When Matt awoke it was still dark out, the buzzing of his phone assaulting his ears.

"Nate the hell? It's three AM."

"I'm boooored." Matt was not impressed.

"I have voice over to record tomorrow, Come on man." He pleaded.

"But I'm soooooo boooored." Nate groaned.

Matt sighed in defeat, "look, I'll swing by tomorrow and we can talk then, alright?"

"Ugh! Fine." Nate begrudgingly hung up and allowed Matt those precious few hours of sleep he gets.

Later that day

Matt knocked on Nates door with a yawn only to have it open on its own. He briefly looked inside and turned to the back of the door, a note hung from a small piece of clear tape that read
'let yourself in, doors unlocked'
-Nate

"And of course he couldn't put that on the outside of the door." Matt said quietly to himself incase Nate was near by. Suddenly he heard what sounded like a Melody. He followed said song through the halls untill he came upon a room. The door was slightly opened, not enough to see inside, but enough for notes to pass through and fill the house.

Matt sat and listened not wanting to intrumpt what was most likely Nate recording.

"So your in love with a straight boy, I see. the problem all the time is people keep asking me, what do I do to change his mind? Absolutely nothing cause it's probably a waste of time!"
Matt shot up hearing the lyrics and was ever more intrigued.
"Most the time, I see it again, you gotta crush your in love with your straight best friend, So, what can I do to change his way? Cause a straight boy will come but a straight boy will never stay!

Why oh why, do you think it's ok? To persue, when you knew, he wasn't gay!"

Matt stopped and thought long and hard, what does it mean? He's no music expert by any means but he knew something was up and He hung onto every word as If it were his last.

Matt decided it be best if he went and waited till Nate was done in the living room, it'd be kinda weid if he found him lurking outside his recording room.
