Feeling trapped inside
With no place to hide.
Freedom is so near
But there is always fear.
How do I get out of here?
Feeling trapped never goes away.
I'm afraid it's here to stay.
The lonely feeling inside
It continues to reside.
Escape so near
But there is always fear.
How do I get away?
How do I find myself?
This trapped feeling,
It's affecting me.
I'm within its grasp,
With no hope.
How do I get away from this trap?
How do I become whole again?
I can't just leave this life,
To begin again.
I must learn from my past,
And make my life last.
I must escape this trap
I must find myself at last.
