Sam's POV
Hey Sam, I know you're probably sleeping, but I had to write you this message. I know we broke up, but... I miss you soo much and I still love you. I can't get you out of my mind. I know we just broke up because you loved to LA. But I don't care. I could come as often as possible, and when I'm done with my Bachelor I could move to Los Angeles as well. So we could be a couple again. Please think about it. I love you, Lucas
I was reading his message with shock. I mean I don't have to feel guilty because we broke up, but I do. "AAAAAAH" I screamed. What should I answer. I thought it would be better to write back tomorrow. BUT, what about James, we aren't a couple right now. Facebook status would be "single", oh wait, it would be "it's complicated". I put my cellphone back on the nightstand. I turned the light off. BUT, guess what, I couldn't sleep.
I decided to call my Mom...
Mom: "Hello?"
Sam: "Hey Mom, it's me, Sam!"
Mom: "Oh, hey sweetheart. How are you doing?"
Sam: "Uhmm, well, I have to talk to you! I need your advice!"
If you're wondering why I talk to my Mom about this.... She's like my best friend. She always knows the right things to say. But not what a Mom would say, more, what a friend what say. Moreover it's 6am at home, so my friends are still sleeping! lol
Mom: "Okaaay? What happened?"
I told her anything. Anything what happened with James and what Lucas wrote me.
Mom: "Outch. okay, that's tough. How do you feel about James? And do you miss or still love Lucas?"
Sam: "Well, I don't know. With James it was just one kiss. But I never felt like this before. It was amazing and OMG" I said with a smile. "But we aren't a couple or something like this. And Lucas, well. no I don't. I don't have to think about him 24/7. I feel really bad Mom." I sounded sad.
Mom: "Well honey, you know what? You moved to Los Angeles because you wanted to start a new life. And James sounds like an awesome guy. Just see, what happened the new 2 weeks."
Sam: "Yeah, you're right. But what should I answer Lucas?"
Mom: "ooooh good, question. Maybe you could write something like: I don't know yet. First I need to get my life going over here to manaege those things. Please understand!".
Sam: "Okay Mom, I have to say, that's pretty good. You're the best. Oh and don't tell Dad until everything is final. I don't want him to worry or / and going crazy, you know!"
Mom: "Are you kidding me? I won't say anything. I have to live in the same house. I wouldn't survive it hahahaha"
Sam: "hahaha okay, thanks Mom, but now I need to sleep. Looking with James for an apartment. Thank you so much Mom, I love you!"
Mom: "I love you, too, and you're welcome. Have fun and show me some pictures"
Sam: "I will, good night mom"
Mom: "Night honey!"
We hung up, and I wrote Lucas a message with the words my mom told me. She's sooo smart, lol. I fall asleep.
James POV
I woke up at 5am, because I had to be on Set at 7am. I took a shower, get dressed and made a cup of coffee for breakfast. I ate a bowl of cereals. I thought about yestday, I thought about Sam. I like her pretty much, but I don't know if I'm ready for a relationship, yet. I don't know how it should work. Will she be able to handle all the fans, paps? OR will she be able to handle rumors and jealousy? I don't know. And I don't know her so good. Don't get me wrong, but I have to be careful. I don't wanna hurt someone, especially not her. First I wanna keep everything away from her and from public. Just start as normal people. And when it get's really serious, I'll tell her.
It was 7:30am and I drove to the Paramount Studios. I walked in and said 'hi' to the boys and went to my dressing room as Logan entered. "Hey dude, what's up?" Logan asked. "hey buddy, not much" I answered. "hahahaha, I know you to well, idiot, tell me... What's wrong!" Logan said as Kendall and Carlos walked in my dressing room. "uhmm, well, look..." I stuttered. "Come one, tell us!" Logan said. "Okay, well, look. Do you remember Samantha?" All of them nodded. "I went to the secret beach place or bay with her. It was awesome. And, uhmm..." I tried to tell them. "Sounds awesome, was it fun?" Carlos asked. "Well, yeah, it was amazing. She's special somehow, and..." "uuuuh, did you guys kissed?" Kendall asked. "Noooo..." I tried to keep it as a secret, but they just know me to well. The looked at me with a 'are you serious' face. "Yeah, okay, we were making out a bit and yeah..." They looked at me, smiling. "And? Did you like it?" Carlos asked. "Is she a good kisser?" Logan wanted to know. "GUYS, yeah I liked it and she's an incredible kisser!" I said, blushing a bit. They know I hate to talk about those things. "Okay, and what's the problem, James?" Kendall asked with a serious face. "Look, I don't know , if I'm ready for a relationship now. Halston and I broke up, just a few years ago. Moreover she doesn't know who I am and I don't want to push her in the world we're living in. I don't know if she could handle it." Logan said down and said: "Well, with the Halston thing. You have to decide. BUT, sometimes it just happens without a reason. And don't let her go, if you really like her. Start it slow, you don't have to marry her by now. And the famous thing... You should tell her. What if it gets serious? Don't lie to her from the beginning." Damn he was right. "Do you see her again?" Kendall asked. "Yep, I'll pick her up at 2pm. I help her to find a apartment". I answered. "OOOOH, why don't we do a movie night. She could meet Alexa and we could get to know her a little bit better." Carlos said full of excitement. Kendall and Logan agreed. "Good idea. maybe tonight? I think she doesn't have any plans." I suggested. They agreed. "I'll let you guys know, when I asked her". "Deal, but now it's time to work" Logan said.
