Jin stopped and stood in front of you, hands on your shoulders.
Jin: Dear Y/N, Hi, how are you? I'm doing good too. Ever since you walked into Ms. Areum's class in school I knew I would always be a sucker for you. You have the most beautiful everything I have ever seen. Even your snorts when you laugh too much are beautiful to me. Jin opened his arms and hopefully looked at your face, waiting for some kind of reaction. You stood there like the biggest idiot ever. You opened and closed your mouth, trying to find something to say. Eventually, you decided actions spoke louder than words and you rushed into his embrace. You felt his arms engulf you into the warmest, safest, and most loving hug you'd ever received. You felt protected... Like nothing could ever hurt you again. Your hands and head rested on his chest and you closed your eyes, smiling.
Jin rested his chin on your forehead and kept you close.
Jin: What does this make us...
You thought for a second.
You: Just friends. I didn't say I liked you back.
You cracked up by yourself and he pouted.
You: Aish Jin-Oppa, I'm kidding. Will you be mine? Huh? Will you go out with me?
You looked up at him.
Jin: Hmmm.... Nah, I'll pass.
You hit his arm playfully, laughing.
You: I hate you Kim Seokin.
Jin rolled his eyes and took hold of your hand, resuming the walk.
Jin: I actually would love to go out with you, you know.
He smiled.
Jin: You're all mine now.
You laughed at his cheesiness and took off at a sprint when the ice cream parlor was in sight.
You ran into the parlor and Jin came in shortly after, out of breath.
You smiled sweetly while he glared and you and you went to the counter, picking your flavor.
Jin got strawberry and paid for both of your ice creams.
He grabbed your hand once again and led you to a small hill by the park. He sat you on an old blue picnic table and took a seat across from you and began eating. You reached for his hand and gently grabbed it and he looked up, his plump lips forming a gentle smile.
He was so perfect. How could he like someone like you? He was the cutest, smartest, sassiest, hottest, gentlest, kindest, etc. person you knew... How could you have been so lucky so catch him?
The sunset light danced in his pink locks, giving him a warm glow. His beautiful eyes shined happily and amazed at the taste of the ice cream.
He suddenly looked up and smirked.
Jin: Like what you see?
You blushed and looked down. You forgot to mention the cockiest person too. He lifted your chin up with his finger and stood up so he could reach you. You got flustered and began preparing for a kiss. He leaned forward and planted a kiss on your cheek.
Jin: Cutie. I'm not gonna kiss you yet, baby.
You blushed at the name but rolled your eyes and attempted to each your nearly melted ice cream.
The sun set perfectly and you sat there, with your new boyfriend, and for the first time in forever, smiled and felt only pure happiness.
