Chapter Fourteen

"Just get my necklace on the bed," I said in a weak voice. He dashed out of the room and almost suddenly I stopped shaking. Instead, something miraculous happened..........

Isabella's POV

I felt a jolt of electricity start from my shoulders and then it went down towards my fingertips. This kept repeating until a striking blue light shot out of my fingers. "Wooow" whispered Dylan from his crouched over position on the floor. The blue light stopped then turned into ice and it melted right before our wide eyes.

"What just happened," I asked completely confused. I turned my head then I started shivering and shaking once more. Dylan took the necklace and placed it around my neck. The cool metal slowed me down and before I knew it I was sitting there breathing heavily.

"We need to get professional help with this," I said suddenly.

"Ok I will arrange to meet with the council, is tomorrow okay?" He asked. "As soon as possible, even later today is fine" I answered.

*2 hours later*

"Babe? The council said they can meet us in an hour and its a thirty minute drive there,or a fifteen minute run," I think we should run. "That's fine, it seems like Damon and Lyssa haven't had enough time together," he said looking into my eyes. He is so right, I miss him so much, Aly whined.

I gotta eat something before we leave. My stomach grumbled suddenly alerting me that my suspicions were correct. "Ok I'm gonna go grab something to eat, I think I'm low on energy," I told Dylan. "You should hey," he said kissing my forehead.

I walked into the kitchen and quickly put together two toasted ham and cheese sandwiches with a tall glass of Coke. The food was devoured in a matter of minutes as we werewolves are practically animals.

I walked out to tell Dylan that we could go and found him already waiting by the door. A smile appeared on my face as I walked towards him.

"I guess we can go now," I told him. "That we can," he replied while leading me out the door.

We both quickly ran behind trees to shift. I took off my clothes and tied them around my ankle before letting Alyssa take over and shift.

Alyssa's POV

As soon as Bella let me take over, I eagerly shifted and rushed from behind the tree to go see Damon.

He was already there waiting with a wolfing grin on his snout. I yipped happily when he moved towards me.

I started running in the opposite direction to get him to chase me in which he happily obliged.

Damon 's POV

John let me take over as soon as Bella disappeared behind the tree. I let him strip and tie his clothes around his ankle. The shifting process was as effortless as lifting a feather. (A/N when the wolf takes over this writing becomes the human)

You finally let me out, I said to Dylan. Just enjoy it while it lasts, he replied. At that moment, Lyssa jumped from behind the tree looking as beautiful as flowers blooming in the Spring.

I took a step toward her then she yipped excitedly. She then took off into the woods and I saw it as a challenge to chase her. I caught up to her then our run was full of jumping, playing and playfully nipping at each other. Once we got to the council we let our humans take over once more.
