It's been a year since the end of the last book. Natalie is three, Nora is two and Henry is one.

Natalie, Nora, and Henry was with Barry at CCPD in his lab because they couldn't put any of the kids in daycare in case they used their powers. They decided that STAR labs was not the best place for them as it could be dangerous because of metahumans. Natalie had just started kindergarten but it was after school so Barry had to look after all three of his metahuman children and work at the same time.

"ALLEN!" The Captain yelled as he entered the lab. The Captain looked confused when he saw the three infants playing on the floor. "Can't you afford daycare?". "What are you yelling at me about?" Barry tried to change the subject hoping that none of the kids would use their powers. "I need the results for the,". "Can you not say homicide in front of my children. They're only three, two and one years old," Barry interrupted and handed him the results for the work he had supposed to do an hour ago. "Where's your wife?" The Captain asked. "Working," Barry replied before The captain walked away.

Half an hour later, Natalie walked up to Barry and pulled his arm to get his attention. "What is it, sweetie?" Barry asked. "Did you have a nightmare last night, daddy?" she asked cutely. "Why would you ask that?" Barry replied wondering why she'd ask such a question. "I heard you screaming Mommy's name last night. It must've been really scary," Natalie answered sweetly hugging him. Barry wasn't sure what to say. His three-year-old was talking about something she was a little too young for.

"Mommy!" Nora exclaimed as Caitlin entered the lab and she used her super speed to run to her and hug her. "Hey, sweetheart, why don't you play with your brother and sister while I talk to Daddy," Caitlin smiled and walked over to her husband. "You have no idea the day I've had," Barry embraced his wife tightly. "You deserve a kiss for putting up with these three all day," Caitlin replied kissing him. "I Love you,". "I love you too,".

"Go on Henry! Say Snowbarry," Natalie whispered. "S-snowbarry," Henry stammered. "That's cheating," Caitlin exclaimed. "Well I guess it's a tie," Barry said. "Cisco put you up to this, didn't he," Caitlin ruffled her daughter's long brown and auburn hair. "Uncle Cisco said it would be fun," Nora giggled. "Who else would make our children call us by our ship name?" Barry said. "True, we've had that name for eleven years now. It's weird," Caitlin replied falling into Barry's arms. "It's our anniversary next week. I bet you thought I forgot.  How could I forget the anniversary of us being together for eleven years? Then in two months it'll be our wedding anniversary. Four years of marriage," Barry stated. "I'm surprised you remembered," Caitlin replied. "How could I forget?" Barry smiled kissing her.

"Ewww!" Nora moaned.
