It was the first day of their Honeymoon and ever since the Killer Frost incident, the couple had been inseparable. Well, more than usual. They had been even more attentive to each other's wishes. And even more intimate and passionate which is part of their relationship they hadn't experienced in a long time.

And it was nice to be away from their powers and the city and their kids. They do love their family and wouldn't change it for the world but it is quite stressful for the couple, especially as they are outnumbered. It put back the carefree and fun-loving part of their relationship that they had before the powers and the particle accelerator.

And now they were cuddled up on the sofa in their rented little place after having dinner at a fancy restaurant that you could see the Eiffel Tower if you were eating on the roof, which they were. And it was very romantic. There's no better place for a honeymoon than the City Of Love. And Caitlin could speak French so everything was going perfectly.

"I love you," Barry said to her.

"I love you too," Caitlin replied and they kissed for a few seconds but she pulled away and sighed. "I still feel bad. About hurting you as..." she was interrupted.

"Cait, listen to me. It wasn't your fault, it wasn't you. That was Killer Frost," he assured her, holding her tighter for extra reassurance.

"But, you lost your job because of me," she disagreed.

"You are far more important to me than that. You are my wife and I love you and you will always come first. No matter what," he argued softly, kissing her head.

When Julian woke up in the hospital, Barry went to go see him to stop him from exposing his dear wife.

"Please don't turn her in. She was sick but she is cured now. That wasn't her," Barry pleaded.

"She's a bloody menace!" Julian replied angrily, pointing to his bandaged arm.

"My wife was sick, it was not her fault and she is sorry for what she has done so please don't turn her in," Barry pleaded.

"Fine but on one condition. You hand in your resignation letter," Julian replied.

"What?"

"You moral compass is broken. If your love for your wife comes in front of justice and what's right. Do we have a deal?" Julian stated.

"Yes. We have a deal, the woman I love always comes first," Barry agreed.

"Besides, now I can give all of my attention to our family and capturing Alchemy and defeating Savitar. Then we can try to start living a normal life together," Barry reassured.

"You and I both know that that is never going to happen. No matter how hard we try, these powers of ours will always come between that," Caitlin disagreed, shaking her head.

"Then... Then I'll quit being The Flash," Barry replied.

"We can't do that, we have responsibilities to the city," she disagreed.

"We've been doing this for so many years now. We can't do this forever. I would quit for you, for us and our family. We can have the life we dreamt of. Once we've defeated Savitar and Alchemy we can be done with this. The city won't need us anymore. The CCPD is now fully equip to take on metas," Barry assured.

"Okay," she smiled and leant in for a kiss which led to their bedroom...
