Chapter 12. Lisanna Strauss Is Back

"What the hell was that!" Natsu glared down at Sting.

"I...thought it was true!" Sting cowered back.

"Why the heck would you think that!" Natsu yelled. They were inside the thrown room and Sting was backed against the wall.

"It was because of the way you saved her! Who wouldn't that!" Sting wondered.

"Someone with a mind!" His flames surrounded his body. 

"Calm down! Someone with a mind would know too!" Sting muttered. "And, I had no choice!!"

"There's always a choice, you idiot!" Natsu hissed out. 

"What does it matter, they aren't gonna believe me," Sting said.

"Maybe you are right, but what was the point of that, then?" 

"I don't know,"

"Hey, Lucy?" Natsu asked.

"Yeah?"

"Why is the whole Royal Court here?" Natsu asked. It was dark and a crowd of people were cleaning the garden. 

"Because, the staff who is free has to clean! I guess Erza, Gray, and Gajeel don't get breaks, do they?" Lucy asked. Gray and Erza stiffened as Gajeel had a confused look. 

"Come to think of it, yeah! You lot, you have a break for the next three days, starting now, shoo!" Natsu shooed them away. "Oh, yeah! Luce, come with me!" Natsu said. Natsu guided her somewhere. A little pathway guided to trees and a tiny building. "No one knows about this place, only you, and me," Natsu said with a smile.

"It's beautiful! Before I forget, what did you want?" Lucy asked as she leant against the stone wall. 

"You won't believe it! Sting said..he said..."

"Said what?" Lucy asked. Her brown eyes bored into his.

"That we're gonna get married!" He blurted out. "You might want to walk around with people yo trust, like Levy, she's your best friend?" Natsu asked.

"Yes, she is and I'll take your advice!" She kissed his cheek. 

"I have to get back! Zeref passed down some paper to me, that guy makes me sick with his dark magic!" Natsu mattered.

"Prince Zeref has black magic, huh, never knew!" Lucy said to herself.

"Yeah, we have nothing in common," 

"You don't know that, I can name a few..."

Lucy walked through the halls near the garden. She was walking with Jellal, trying to figure him out. "Who's that?" Lucy asked as she stared at the beautiful girl next to Natsu. He was next to her and was ignoring Lucy for the past few days. 

"That's Lisanna Strauss, she's been missing ever since a trip and she came back a few nights ago," Jellal said.

"Lisanna? You mean, as in, Mira and Elfman's sister?" Lucy asked urgently.

"Yes, in childhood, Natsu and Lisanna were very great friends, Lisanna even thought of him as her husband for a while! I think she still does," Jellal said. Lucy held her books tighter to her book. Natsu looked over at them and tried to wave. Lucy rolled her eyes and turned to a different corridor.

"Enough about them, I asked Erza something a while ago, and I think I get it now. Why don't you go on an outing with her today! She has a break, just go!" Lucy said.

"Should I? She might kill me!" 

"No, she'll kill anyone but you,"

"Juvia is bored!" She whined as she banged herself on the nearest wall. Her blue hair flying through the air rapidly. "Gajeel, tell me what to do!" Juvia said. 

Silence.

Juvia turned around with her cheek still meeting the stone cold wall. "Gajeel?!?" He had disappeared. "He just walked away! What a friend Juvia has!" She yelled.

"It's weird to scream in the halls by yourself, you know?" Someone asked. 

"Aahh!" 

She turned back around and took her face of the wall. It was Gray Fullbuster. "Er..."

"Sorry, I scared you, didn't I?" Gray laughed to himself.

"Don't worry! Gray..." She stuttered, "Sama," She whispered ever so quietly.

"What was that?" Gray asked. "Never mind, wanna go out to town? I wanna get to know you and I hear you're amazing!" 

"Er...sure! When?" She asked him.

"I'll pick you up around half past six," Gray said before walking off.

"Did Juvia seriously just do that!" She asked herself. She quickly covered her mouth and walked off the other direction. 

"Hey, what was with Lucy?" Natsu asked Jellal. They were in the hall and sitting down. Jellal was busy with the Court's paperwork and Natsu was off for the day. Jellal put down the pen and stretched his hands.

"What do you think? You've been off with Lisanna and didn't decide to talk to her for a while, you put it together," Jellal sighed.

"You don't tell me..."

"I don't know yet, tell me what you're thinking,"

"That Lucy likes girls!" Natsu said. He had a pink tint on his face and his face had a strange expression on. Jellal banged his head on the table. 

"You idiot, no! What goes on in your head!" Jellal yelled at him. A couple of people around him turned around and tried to make him quiet down. 

"Ninja, Zeref, and Doritos" Natsu blurted out. Jellal raised his finger to speak but nothing came out. He swatted the air and carried on with his work. "What? I thought you wanted to know!"

"It was retorical!" 

"Replay? I don't get it,"

"UGH!"
