Chapter 31. Get Ready For Me

"Lyon!" Cherry yelled as she waved one hand in the air. She knew that this would be on screen and her boyfriend would probably see but, in battle, she thought it was fine. Lyon turned around to see her running over.

"Now, we just have to find Gray," Lyon smirked in victory.

"Or Juvia," Cherry protested. Lyon raised his eyebrows as she actually yelled. Cherry looked down in embarrassment.

"Juvia heard her name," She said as she walked around the corner. She turned to her left and shrugged as she found no one there. She was about to walk back to where she was before to be next to a peaceful river until she heard a yell.

"Over here," Cherry said in a bored tone. Juvia turned around in surprise. She hadn't fought yet and hoped she wasn't, of course she'd be surprised. But, what did she expect? Mavis had predicted this.

All she had to do was stall until Gray arrived. Lyon raised his one hand mid-way through the air and Juvia could see the white particles surrounding the palm of his hand.

"Ice Swan!" He yelled as he used that one hand to create the swan. It was different from Gray's. Juvia hadn't noticed it until now.

The ice was red as blood.

"Wendy, do you know where we are?" Mira asked as she tried to transform, nothing. She could partly transform but what stuck. She only made out the scar on her eye.

Yukino was taking her distance from Mira from fear.

"I can kind of sense it but I could feel this right now. This place is fully enclosed. No way out except the way we went in," Wendy muttered.

"What do you mean?" Lucy asked.

"I didn't have as much dust on me as you, so I can use my magic now. And, all this air is old and all these plants just keep the oxygen in. But, there's no way to get out since I have a sense of this just being recycled for a long time," Wendy explained.

"I get the idea that you can't explain very well," Lucy laughed.

"Don't laugh at my sister," Natsu sneered from in front. He was trying to lead the way. For some reason, he hadn't got affected by the dust.

"Well, if you're so smart, why aren't we out yet!" Lucy muttered. Natsu took all his strength to not turn around and attack her like her like her would do to any other enemy.

"He looks as if he's ready for war," Carla said. Happy soared forth to check his best friend's face.

"Carla's right," He laughed. Natsu jumped up and grabbed Happy by the tail.

"Shut it, cat," 

Gajeel arrived inside a school. He remembered going to school when he was younger and he could remember setting fire to the place with a bonfire. That was all he wanted to do.

And, he would do it again.

Mavis said he could do whatever he wanted to wait for his opponent.

He smirked as he tried to find a lighter. He mentally faced palm, knowing there would be no lighter in a classroom. He headed to the kitchen and grabbed the lighter and the wood. He walked to the hall.

Mavis said to cry for attention so his opponent to come.

He set the wood down and took out some pills from his pocket. He popped one in his mouth as he set a light onto the fire.

"Juvia, you shouldn't just stare," Gray said as he stood in front of Juvia. The swan had ripped his t-shirt off and it was only a nuisance. Gray tore off the top of his attire and the baggy trousers. Erza had forced him to wear something comfortable underneath if he was going to strip.

"Oh, God! He's stripping!" 

"And he has trousers underneath!"

"Tell me now, why is your ice red? I wasn't going to ask earlier but, now, I need to know," Gray muttered. Lyon smirked as he charged forth. He created a spear out of ice and charged. Cherry used her marrionette magic to gather a bunch of nearby rocks.

They morphed into a figure the size of her and she said, "Attack the girl!"

The rock figure ran forth. Juvia stumbled back up as she tried to defend in time. The rock went straight through her.

"Made of water..." Cherry muttered.

"A little advantage I have, now, get ready for me,"

"This is really bad!" Mira finally cracked once more. Lucy could hear the echoes as she heard as loud as Mira was next to her. Lucy laughed as Mira flushed red in embarrassment.

"Luce, watch out"
