It's been a week and a half since i ignored niall. I haven't talked to him since and it felt nice. I had some time for myself and I didn't need anyone to make myself happy. I did miss his dearly.
I grabbed my phone and scrolled down to nialls number and hit call. It rang three times, after the third I regretted calling him. Just before I was gonna end the call I heard his deep, soothing voice.
"hey" he said.
"Hi niall... listen I'm sorry I ignored you for two weeks I have a good reason, so please listen to me?"
"yeah.. ok..." he said. He seemed distracted like I was bothering him.
"Am I interrupting something? I could call back later" I ask worried.
"No, no it's fine, really. So when
do ya wanna meet up?" he asked.
I opened my mouth to answer when I heard a girl whine in the background. "Niaaaalll, get off the phone will ya babe?"
I panicked and immediately hung up the phone.
I felt a sharp pain in my chest. Why did I feel this way? He told me he loves me and I told him the same but do we really mean it? He technically didn't cheat on me since we're aren't dating so I shouldn't care, right?
