"Stiles, wake up buddy," my Dad yells from down stairs.
I roll over onto my stomach and wince at the small pain in my now healed leg. They said I was all healed and took the cast off. Well, after Scott's Mom told me I should forgive him. But how can I when he was pretending to date my girlfriend behind my back, he even kisses her.
I haven't spoken to Lena since she first told me. I can't believe she would keep something like that from me. She is the most honest person out of all of us yet she has lied to me so many times.
I get out of bed and take a shower. I put on a pair of jeans and a plaid button up shirt, along with some converse. I grab my bag and walk down the stairs to the kitchen.
I sit at the table and eat the warmed up pancakes.
"Lena hasn't come in a while, what's up with her," he asks.
My heart sinks at his question.
"She's...uh...busy," I say and stuff a pancake in my mouth.
"She didn't sound so busy last night when she called asking about you, but she told me not to tell you," he says, "what's going on between you two?"
"Nothing, just...nothing," I say and get up. "Thanks for the breakfast by the way."
I leave the house and get into my car. I sit there for a moment. I can't believe she called! But I'm glad she called.
I start the engine and make my way to school. As soon as I get there, the first thing I see is Jackson's car. When I get out I see that Lena and Jackson are inside.
He's talking and she's listening, but she doesn't look like she's listening at all. I go over to Scott and Isaac and cross my arms over my chest.
"What's wrong with Lena," Isaac asks.
I shrug.
"Don't you think you were a little harsh on her," he asks.
I don't say anything, I just turn around to see her walking with Jackson to his friends.
She looks over at us but looks away quickly.
I want her back, I really do. I mean, it's not like we broke up or anything, we're just...fighting.
The sky goes a little gray and rain starts to pour. This has been going on a lot. It was thundering really hard last night, now it's raining.
We all go inside to the cafeteria and wait.
I look over at Lena and see her staring at the ground wet. She looks really cold, but Jackson isn't paying her any attention. I stand up and go over to her.
She looks up at me a little confused. I take off my coat and give it to her.
"I don't want your jacket," she says and looks away.
"Just take the damn jacket Lena," I say.
She frowns at me. "Don't tell me what to do," she says.
"You're freezing cold and I have a jacket, take it," I say.
"You don't talk to me for says and you expect me to just take your jacket," she asks.
"You cheated on me, how else did you expect me to react," I ask.
"I didn't cheat on you, Scott needed my help so I helped him. He needed a pretend Luna so I pretended," she whisper shouts, but he shivering makes her look small and weak. "I couldn't tell you because I didn't want you to get angry, just like you are now. You have no idea how hard it was for me to tell you that and break your trust in me and just rat Scott out like that. You don't know what I have to go through Stiles."
