Lena.

Lena.

Lena.

She's currently laying on my chest sleeping right now. There are tons of butterflies in my stomach and my knees are numb. I am so glad she's my girlfriend, but I'm even more nervous when I'm around her. She moans softly in her sleep and stirs a little.

I look down at her and smile.

She has such soft brown hair and amazing eyes. I wish I could see them now but I don't want to wake her up.

She holds onto me tight and my heart does some weird dance.

I'm glad I'm the person she can count on, I won't ever let her down.

I look over at the clock and see that it's 5 in the morning. But, I don't want to leave her so soon.

Get over it Ryan.

I let her go and slip out of her bed slowly so I don't wake her. I kiss her cheeks softly and she smiles softly in her sleep.

She looks like an angel.

I disappear to my room and take a quick shower, then get dressed. I drag a hand through my hair and start packing up all my homework and stuff for school. I jog downstairs and fall on the couch.

I'm tired, I've been up making sure Lena was alright. I loved it actually, all I did was watch her sleep...I swear I'm not a super creepy guy that keeps girls in his basement.

I close my eyes and almost fall asleep, but something soft hits my face and I groan.

"Why are you sleeping on the couch, it's time to wake up," says Julie, my little sister.

"Go away," I groan and throw the pillow back.

I close my eyes again and fall asleep. When I wake up, Julie is shaking me telling me it's time to go.

"Damn it," I say and get up fast.

I grab my bag and leave the house fast. I hop into my car. I drive straight to Lena's house, probably over the speed limit. I dread the day I'll finally get a ticket.

I park in front of her house and jog up to her door. I ring the doorbell and she answers.

She smiles flawlessly and I refrain from having a heart attack and dying.

"You don't look so good," she says and her smile vanishes.

"What's that supposed to mean," I ask in a teasing way.

She giggles. "You look tire," she says and opens the door wider so I can come in.

I step inside and she closes the door.

She gets her bag off the couch and comes up to me.

"I'm sorry you had to come last night, I didn't mean to take away your sleep," she says.

"You didn't," I say and place a hand on her waist, "I just took a small nap, but when I woke up I ran straight out of the house. It's not your fault."

"Okay," she says.

"But you know what would wake me up," I ask.

"What," she asks back.

"A kiss, right here," I point to my lips.

She giggles and stands on her toes, then kisses my lips softly. I'm awake now, but still a little tired.

"Is that better," she asks.

I nod, "much better."

I take her hand and we leave the house. I open the passenger door for her and she blushes, but gets in anyway. I get into the driver's seat and start the car back up.
