Back at the office Danny couldn't help but think of Sabra and so he decided to put in that call. "I hope you haven't forgotten me as yet?" he whispered to her; after a half day of work all his employees had gone home on his request leaving him behind in the extremely large building. It was his tradition on his mother's birthday. Even though she was no more he loved doing something on that day he knew she would appreciate.

"Of course not do you really see me as such a shallow minded person?" Sabra said happy to be hearing from him as promised.

"Certainly not are you busy, hope I'm not interrupting you."

"No actually I got a break today my students come from the same community and so they all go to school together and today their school is taking them on a very long and apparently exciting trip so they are preoccupied but to be honest I'm kind of relieved to get the extra day don't get me wrong I love what I do but sometimes I like a little me time."

"So I'm guessing asking you out to lunch would be out of the question?" "Actually no that would be great." She said smiling thinking to herself only a crazy woman would deny him. "Okay then I'll pick you up in about the next half hour."

"Great." she said before hanging up.

His office was about twenty minutes away but he made a stop at a very upscale restaurant which knew him well to pick up the order he placed in when he got off the phone with Sabra.

She prepped herself and then anxiously awaited his arrival at her dance studio. When he got there he opened the door and headed to the end of the hall and slowly pushed open the large double doors when he entered his eyes were amazed it was like entering a dome the ceiling was high and it had a beautiful crystal chandelier that brought light to the entire room there were doors leading to different rooms but in this room there were alluring sofa's that looked like heaven to sit in, mirrors and all sorts of things used in the process of learning ballet the floor had beautiful mahogany there was a stage with rich blue and red drapes "I'm guessing you like what you see." Sabra asked moving towards him from the side

"It's beautiful."He said admirably. "I decided we could have a picnic and enjoy the weather we're having."

She smiled at the idea "that's good thinking okay then let me get my coat." With the curves Sabra possessed he would have never imagined her to be a ballet dancer and an instructor she was not as slim as the normal ballet dancers; he always did prefer a woman with the right amounts of everything in all the right places. And Sabra possessed a lot of the right things especially behind her.

They went to the park and Danny said he knew somewhere that was more private through some tree behind a small cliff, he used to go there after school with his nanny after his mother died it was the closest he had gotten to have a second mother and she was fond of him.

"This is beautiful I've been to this park so many times and I've never came across this spot before." Sabra said.

"I'm not surprised its hidden well." He said

"let's set up here this is a great view." she said spreading a blanket.

"I'm glad you like it here. I hope you like knish and I have egg-rolls, and a great garden salad." "Are you trying to kill me that is a lot of food, I love knish but I think I'll start with the salad and then the egg-rolls, so what's for dessert?" She said smiling at him. "I think we can manage to pick up an ice cream bar on our way back for dessert."

"Sounds good, okay let's dig in the food looks amazing."

Two hours passed and they were still walking together in the park eating ice cream and Danny held Sabra's hand as they walked along. It was in the midst of their conversation and Sabra tried to pretend she didn't notice but she couldn't help blushing as her face became flush.

Danny noticed and took his cone; rubbing it on to her nose. She turned with a shocked looked on her face while he simply responded "your face was beginning to look like a red bell pepper so I thought it best to cool you down." He said while drawing her close to him again this time he placed his arm around her waist has she laughed and her rubbed the ice off with his handkerchief.

There were a lot of women jogging in the park and they all smiled and flirted with Danny but he paid them no attention he was content with what he had at this very moment. Sabra noticed that he didn't react even when one woman was so desperate enough to stop and bend over in front of them then glanced back to see if he took notice of her action but he simply maneuvered Sabra and himself around her. She smiled shooting him a 'women would go all out for you' look in her eyes, and he simply said

"Yes I'm well aware of the lengths women go to get my attention. Except for you, your radiance and beauty is what captured me."

He said locking on to her beautiful smile. "So tell me have you ever been married?"he suddenly became tense and removed his arm from around her waist she noticed and just has she was about to say she was sorry if the subject was uncomfortable and she was willing to change it he cut in, in a deep voice

"I almost was but then one night I found her with my father but that's in the pass and I'd rather not talk about it." She sensed that it was a sensitive subject for him and decided not to question it further. "I was once married but he died."

She said in a soft almost whispered voice. "I'm sorry to hear that so tell me do you have any siblings?" he said trying to change the depressing subject of the past. "yes I have an older brother he lives in Canada with his family I have four nieces and two nephews the boys nicholas and justin are identical twins, the girls rebeca, lilly and jada are triplets and Lucy came after she's an angel she's a red head like her grandmother the only one born with it the others have brunette like their mother and father.

Mom would have loved her." She said smiling at the thought of her mother. "Where is your mother?" "She passed away and I never met my dad, I always wanted a big family like that." "I do too." He said and just has Sabra was about to say something his phone rang and he excused himself saying it was the office shortly after he said they had to leave due an emergency at the office. "I hope it's not too serious." She said looking at him out of concern.

"No but I do need to be there I'm sorry we have to cut this short." He said apologetically. "It's okay I had a great time." "I did too I'll take you back." After they reached at the ballet studio he said his goodbyes and promised to call, Sabra watched him drive off and then she met with the other instructors of the studio who were waiting they came by to make sure the message they received was legitimate then they took off and she closed the studio and headed home. When she got home there was a message on her machine and it was Danny he apologized again and promised he would make up for it and that he would call again when he got out of the office.

Sabra couldn't help but smile she threw herself on to the couch and thought about Danny until she fell asleep only to be woken by the phone when she answered it was Danny.

"Hello?" "Are you asleep?" Sabra quickly sprung up at the sound of his voice. "I'm up how did everything go at the office?" she said trying to shake the sleepiness from her voice. "Great nothing that couldn't be fixed I was wondering are you free Saturday night? I wanted to take you to dinner to make up for today."

His voice sounded sexy and irresistible. "Actually yes I don't have anything to do I'm spending the day helping Jane look for her wedding dress and then I have to find my bridesmaid dress I should be back in time to get ready."

"Great it's a date then now that that's settled I'm going to say goodbye even though I don't want to so you can return to bed and continue sleeping." He said smartly. "I guess I can't hide anything from you."

She said laughing because he had figured her out. "No you can't." he said in a seducing voice. "I'll check in with you tomorrow bye." "Bye Danny." When she got off the phone she went to take a bath smiling from ear to ear. Danny lay in bed wrapped in his rope flashing back on how he spent the day with Sabra.

"That is one special girl." He said to himself hoping in his mind that things would keep on this track for them both.

Hope you love :P
