Destructive love{Wontaek}

Love is beautiful.

Ravi loved Leo dearly, to the point that he'd protect him with his life. Yes he loved Leo more then himself. But Leo was a destructive person, Ravi knew that. Even though he knew about Leo's self hatred he hid behind his quiet façade. He still chose to love Leo with everything he had, mind, body, and soul included. Was this a mistake disguised as a defenseless act of love? Yes, it was a mistake for Ravi to love him to begin with and adding his everything was the last piece needed to completely destroy him. To force him into the cold hearted person whom Leo wanted to have. Ravi was far from aware of that and as Leo would push him away and treat him cold. Ravi slowly lost his warm and happy approach to things. Everything he did was to please Leo, the sun to his world. Eventually Ravi became cold and indifferent to the world, to even the people he loved. But he still clung to Leo because the thought of losing him scared him. It still scared Ravi to death. Leo knew this and took joy out of watching Ravi grow dependent and needy. This filled the self-destructive need Leo had. Instead of having to watch himself fall apart, he got to watch his lover fall to pieces because of him. It was pleasing to Leo, the complete and unquestioned power over Ravi. He love it. He loved everything about what he had turned Ravi into, the needy and dependent change from loving and caring. He loved Ravi more this way and Ravi needed him more in this state.

Love is destructive.
