Matt didn't have much time. The man who shot Christina was getting away. So he picked up the photo, hastily folded it, and shoved it into his pocket.

He ran after the shooter, blinded by rage. He had killed his friends girlfriend. Nate would never forgive him. But Nate wasn't there to be angry at him, so Matt would have to do.

He chased him, dodging the frantic crowds. The man made his way out a door which Matt found lead to a small runway. The man started running to meet another guy standing at the bottom of the staircase leading up to the plane.

The second man instantly saw him. He pointed to Matt running up behind them. The first man turned around and pointed a gun at him, but it was too late. Matt tackled him, knocking the gun out of his hands.

Matt scrambled to reach the gun, but the man grabbed his leg, pulling him back. Matt flipped onto his back, looking up to see the man above him. The man grabbed Matt's neck, gripping it tightly.

Matt, gasping for air, tried to attack him, but the man was quick, and strong too. Matt was almost unconscious in seconds.

He started to fade in and out of consciousness, loosing breath. No... not now... not like this... Matt thought. Hid thoughts drifted back to the photo. The photo of him and that woman. Who are you? Are you Stephanie? Where are you? So many questions, at the worst time.

The world was gone. He was barley holding onto consciousness, onto his life. Blackness surrounded his vision. This... this isn't it. It's not over. Not yet... n......not...... yet............

"I still can't belive you sacrificed everything just to save me."

"Of course I do. Because I love you."

BANG!

Matt's vision came back slowly, as he started to sit up. The man was laying dead in front of him. Matt turned around, now getting a better look at the second man. He lowered the gun he was holding and smiled at Matt.

"How many times do we have to save you?" He joked.

"Jack?"

"I'm back!"
