Am I completely surprised with the fact that he wants to take me out? Hell yes.

We've never done anything like this before, neither one of us graduated so neither of us had a prom and he wasn't the romantic type so his idea of taking me out for the night before was taking me to a hotel to have sex or having sex in his car and not going home till morning.

I can't say they weren't enjoyable just not what your average date would be I guess.

I can't wait to see what his idea of date night is now.

He had told me to be ready by 6:30 which I was...but not it's almost 7:15.

Delany took Olivia over to her dads I think they're probably gonna spend the night there, so right now it's just me and my couch.

I look at my phone and there's no missed calls or texts so I decide to call him myself but as I was about to press send I get a call from an unknown number.

"Hello...?"

"Hey beautiful" it's Derek.

"Where the hell are you?" I ask confused, since he didn't even call from his own phone.

"Jail"

"That's not funny Derek"

"I'm not joking just please come get me and I'll explain everything"

Obviously I'm not gonna leave him there "Okay" I give in even though I'm both confused and pissed, god forbid he could actually stay out of trouble for once.

After hanging up with him I call his dad to let him know even though I don't really know anything so I couldn't tell him much except that his son was arrested again.

I don't exactly like being in this place, I myself have been bailed out of here by both Derek and his sister.

Many times I was being held here because of him anyways or just because my last name was Diamanti, the daughter of the notorious mob boss Anthony Diamanti.

"Can I help you with something Miss?" The old grumpy looking lady asks me when I approach her desk.

"Um yeah I'm looking for Derek-" she stops me as if she already knows exactly who I'm here for.

"And your relation to Mr. Luh?" She questions me and if I say girlfriend she might not release him to me so I decide to go with...

"I'm his wife...?" I don't sound convincing at all.

"Mr. Luh will be right up" she tells me and all I do is nod.

About 5 minutes later he comes out of the door behind the old lady followed by an officer, he better have a good ass reason for this.
