11: Smile!

Celeste's POV

"Hey Jayse! Are you okay now?" ssang asked after getting off the car. That guy's always earlier than us, making him the most punctual.

"Well...almost. I learned something though." he replied. I think I know the answer.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Never ever have children." he replied and sighed. Huh I knew it! Why did they agree on watching it anyway if they're scared?

"Hello~~"

That small rough voice...it's been years...

Lune and I both turned to our backs. Whoah, is this her now?

"Lily?" we asked.

"Yeah it's me~"

"Oh we missed you." we both said and hugged her.

"Same here~" she said and hugged us back. We let go after a few seconds.

"Yah why didn't you show up during the first day? We haven't seen each other for so long already." I asked.

"Hehe~ I just want to surprise you~"

"Oh, that's why. You've changed a lot." Lune said.

"Yeah but my smile will never fade~"

She's Lily Ahn, our naturally-cheerful cousin who's my opposite. Unlike her, I'm poker-faced all the time. Her voice is small, mine is deep. But we're both fair-complexioned and tall.

"Hey Jayse~" she greeted, half-hugged his waist, and quickly released him. "Hey noona!" Jayse replied. They're close, more like siblings.

"You've grown really tall."

"You too noona."

"By the way, did you make him watch something spooky yesterday?" Lily asked.

"Yeah, with my best friends and ssang's other companions. How did you know?" Lune responded.

"Just guessing~ I even noticed how pale his face is today hehe~" Lily commented. Jayse pouted again.

"Hey guys." the Lee siblings greeted us.

"Hey, what's up?" –Me

"Eh we almost couldn't sleep because of the movie yesterday." Gaiea said. "Same with Ah-Seun. She called me last night." I quickly glanced at her with wide eyes when she mentioned Ah-Seun. "What's with the look?" Lily asked, still smiling, oh what am I kidding? Her smile is inborn. "Because of the dare I gave them yesterday. To act lovey-dovey in a week since they lost the dance game in the arcade." I replied.

"Oh, I don't know but I feel like shipping you~" Lily said.

After class...

"See you tomorrow." Mrs. Huang said and left after locking the room.

"Annyeong (Hi) Celeste~" Lily greeted and stood in front of our room's door.

"Yo Lily."

"Hey Lily, hey ssang." -Lune

"Yo ssang."

"Annyeong (Hi) Lune~"

"I came here because eomeoni and abeoji want to meet you." Lily said. Good idea! I haven't seen them for a long time too. The last time we saw them was when we're eight.
