Terley knocked on the front of the Walcott's apartment and waited for someone to answer. Soon enough, after the sound of the latch being unbolted, he saw Mrs. Walcott appear at the door. Her appearance was a bit shaken up because of the ordeal, but nothing that wouldn't heal over time and disappear.

"How are things Mrs. Walcott?"

"Good detective. How are things with the case?"

"No new leads so far, but I'm leaving no stone unturned until I find the culprit that laid his hands on such a pretty lady."

"That's very sweet of you." She responded with a smile.

"So, what exactly brings you here?" She continued.

"You actually. I just have a few questions."

"Okay sure, come in." She stepped away from the door.

"Is your husband here?" Terley asked as he took a seat.

"No, he's still at work."

"That's fine then, the questions are mainly for you."

Terley took out a folder from his briefcase and placed it on the coffee table. He then opened the folder and showed the photos to Sasha.

"Do you recognize any of these photos?"

"Yeah, it's a not-so-pleasant view of how our apartment looked."

"Exactly."

"Now look at this one in particular." He said, shoving the photo towards her.

Sasha held it and stared at it closely, then gave it back.

"It's a photo of the phone."

"Yes, and do you notice that they were cut?"

"Yeah, I've noticed."

"Whoever cut the wire planned on staying long, meaning it wasn't a random break in."

"Really? Maybe they didn't want me to get to the phone."

"But what about your cell phone?"

"I guess he knocked it away."

"For starters, this was cut, meaning it took a few extra seconds that he could have used to simply drag them out, or even smash the phone."

"I guess he wasn't thinking about doing those other stuff."

"That's a lot of guessing on your part."

"I don't really remember anything detective all I have is I guesses."

"So let me ask you this, and tell me if your guesses are correct."

"He attacked you, knocked the phone out of your hand and when you tried go to the other phone, that's when he cut the phone wire. Does my guess sound correct?"

"Should be, it happened so fast."

"Then why didn't you run when you had the chance, or defend yourself? You could have used those 6 seconds to your advantage."

"Kenny came soon after."

"Yes, and he saved the day."

"Yeah, he did."

"Why did he come home so early?"

"Because I called him and told him I was sick."

"But-" Terley said, pulling out a piece of paper "-your phone records didn't show any calls to him at that time."

"I used the office phone before I left."

"Okay, I see. There's also the problem of your husband saying this was a robbery, but nothing was taken as far as we've seen."

"Maybe he didn't find what he was looking for."

"Do you have any idea who would want to hurt you Mrs. Walcott?"

"I thought Kenny gave you a list."

"Yes, a list of old clients- judges and lawyers. All of them would want to hurt Mr. Walcott, but not you. So, I'm asking if there's anyone that may want to kill you."

"Not that I can think of."

"Well, I've checked your husband's list and they all have alibis."

The door leading to the escape exit opened, revealing Jennifer slipping inside. She made her way down to the lower floor. Emerging from the exit door  of that floor, she saw the person she was coming to meet and surprisingly, the man looked familiar. She stopped in her tracks when she noticed who it was .

"Twice in one week Kenneth, you've been stalking me." She said, trying to play it cool.

"Not exactly the term I'd use." He fired back at her.

"Then why are you here?"

"I'm here to meet Jennifer Baldwin. You wouldn't happen to know her by any chance would you Josselyn?"

"You've figured me out, I live a secret life. Alex gets boring sometimes." She said, with a bit of dramatic flare.

"Oh cut the crap, I know Josselyn is the name you use under investigations."

"Is that so?"

"I'm sure you don't want me exposing you to my wife."

"Okay. Then why am I here?" The answer hit her suddenly. "You're my client."

"Yes, I am. What I want to know is why you've become friends with my wife under a fake alias. That wasn't a part of the job."

"The job was to find out who called the cops in the building and to find out why." s
She replied

"And haven't you already done that?"

"Yes, I have, but things are a little more complicated."

"Let me guess, Alex is the nosy neighbor."

"Yes he is, and I'm just having a hard time ending the relationship."

"I knew a woman like you couldn't be in a relationship with him. You need a real man in your life." Kenneth said, cornering her against the wall.

"I think I'll stick with what I have." Jennifer said, walking away from him.

"How does my wife fit into all of this?"

"I didn't know you here, and I did know you were a client Mr. Overly ambitious."

"It's a username that suits me very well."

"Why did you want to know who called the cops?"

"There's a case  I'm handling in the building."

"Then why not get the information from the authorities?"

"Because this is a hush-hush case."

"I see. Can I leave now?"

"Sure, just one last thing. I would like you to stop seeing my wife. Break off this friendship."
