"The big day has finally arrived. Two of the most influencial companies of this country are joining hands for a prosperous matrimony of their future leaders. Yes you guessed it right. I am standing in front of the Great St. Stephens Church where Jeremy Redfern of Redfern Cooperation and Lana Accola of Brandeon Enterprises are going to exchange vows. This is Emma Kinston from BBC reporting live wit-"

Jeremy switched off the TV and threw away the remote angrily. He can't believe the way his life has turned out I the last few days. It was just a few days back when John had suggested this pathetic idea of marrying that Luna bitch just so that her rich daddy could save his company and it's reputation from mixing with the dirt. For him marriage meant something really sacred and he wanted to meet the girl of his dreams and then he would have married her but now this marriage was simply a deal for him.

He and the Accola girl have had a history. He had met her in some company's launch party a few years back. Lana had Jeremy's attention the moment she had entered the party hall. With her fantastic curves that her see-through dress showed grandly, beautiful blond curly long hair, melodious laughter and her cat-like walk, it was hell hard not to notice a beauty like that. These character traits could have pulled Jeremy towards her but he was actually pushed away by her crazy attitude. She had a powerful aura around her that screamed "I am the best", and that's what he hated in her.

For Lana it was like love at first sight. She had been in that party for about an hour and every smart guy had already tried impressing her, except for one. She looked at Jeremy for a long time and she just knew in her heart he was the one.

Jeremy still remembered that night. Lana had tried all levels of flirting with him. She got him so drunk that he didn't even understand when they had left the party and went to a hotel room. Rest of the memories of that night were a blur, but he still remembers waking up in that hotel room naked next to Lana and some press photographers clicking their embarrassing pictures. Although he had had later found out that the hotel's manager had given press the news about them to acquire some cheap publicity.

That was the last time he was that close to Lana. Although she had followed him like a puppy to many other events where she tried to make a public display of themselves. She had done many embarrassing things just to show how much she loves him and needs him.

For Jeremy it was all an act just to get something she knew she'll never get. How could a down to earth person like Jeremy can fall for an egoistic brat like Lana.

Jeremy heard a knock on his bedroom door and he was pulled out of his long chain of thoughts.

"Come in."

John entered with a look on his face that seemed perfect for a funeral but not for a wedding and that too his best friend's wedding.

"Jer everything is set. We should leave for the venue now."

*--*--*

"You are hurting me bitch. That's my hair in your hands. Do your work properly or else leave at once. This is my wedding day and it has to be perfect in every possible way. So you better start doing your best without hurting me or else I will kill you". Lana barked impatiently at her young hair stylist.

"Y-Yes Ma'am." The stylist replied brokenly.

"Babe please relax or else you'll get worry lines on your face." Lana's puppy like friend Jenny said from her side. "Sweet this is your dream, don't waste your day glaring at this dumbass", she said staring at the hair stylist.

"Yeah, you're right Jen. It's just that I am too happy to ruin this day by any micro-mini thing. I still can't believe that stubborn ass finally said a yes to me. I've been trying to win him over for over five damn years now. I've tried to become his shadow but he never ever gave me a second look. I don't know what is wrong with that person. But you know what, I finally have him and now he'll be my puppy. I'll wrap him around my fingers and make him beg me for me." Lana said with a twinkle in her eyes that complimented her mysterious smile.

"Ofcourse you have him my baby!" Nicholas B. Accola entered into the room with a smirk on his face.

Lana ran to her father as soon as she saw him. She hugged him tightly and then moved back to show him her wedding dress.

"Oh my little girl, you look like an angel. That bastard better take good care of you or else I will kill him. Sweet are you sure about this, I mean I can still-"

"Dad, I know what I am doing. You don't have to worry about me. I love you for whatever you have done for me till now. This day is possible, just because of you. You helped me in getting him."

"Baby it's nothing. You know I can do anything for you. Making him come crawling to you was the least I could get for you. Just be happy."

"I am happy dad." Lana said hugging her father again. "I have him dad. He'll be mine and only mine."
