When I'm done disposing of the body, I decide to take the bus back home instead of walking. I wait at a stop, ignoring the stares I get from people at my muddied clothes.
When I board the bus, my eyes are immediately snatched by the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Her features are sharp and big, except for her small, round nose. She's looking out the window but eventually feels my stare. The girl turns to look at me for a brief second then turns back around.
I make my way to her and sit in the empty chair next to her. I smile when she turns to me and introduce myself.
She says her name is Juliette but she has a boyfriend so I shouldn't hit on her. I laugh and ask her for her boyfriend's name, because maybe I know him. She has to think about it which makes me believe that she doesn't have one. The fact that she lied to me makes me angry. Eventually, she comes up with the name Edward.
I laugh because, what kind of stupid name is Edward? She doesn't appreciate my comment about her fake boyfriend's name and gets off at the next stop after switching seats.
Oh well. I'll grow on her eventually.
