"So, tell me Haruhi, do you have any hobbies? What do you like to do?" A girl on the next table over asked Haruhi. She was obviously struggling to answer, but I knew I should probably play it cool.
"I'm curious, what kind of products do you use on your skin, Karima?" she asked.
"Yes, it's so pretty!"
"Eh, I don't use skin products, they are a waste of time for me, I just think a good diet, exercise and having good hygiene is good for helping my appearance." I smirked at them and they had hearts in their eyes. Inside I was wondering 'What the hell is wrong with these girls?!"
"I can't do this anymore. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do." I heard Haruhi mutter really quietly.
"How 'bout you and your people come sit with me, Haruhi?" I stood next to her and smirked.
I heard fangirl squealing and winced very slightly.
"Sure." she smiled and she and her people moved to my table. Her customers sat across from us and my customers too and Haruhi sat next to me.
"So why did you join the Host Club, Karima?
I was at a loss for a second and put on a thoughtful face. What would fit my appearance and help me get more customers? That's it!
"I was bored, so I joined up with them for something to do in the afternoons." I smirked and shrugged.
"Wow, so dreamy!"
"I love Karima!"
"I love ya'll too, ladies." I smirked again.
"What about you, Haruhi? Why did you join?" a girl asked.
"Uh...All I have to do is get one hundred customers to request me, and they'll forget about my eight million yen debt. I know just the story." Haruhi muttered really quietly.
She told a story about her mother being sick and passing away and I was, admittedly, quite interested.
"I see. Your mother was sick and passed away ten years ago. Who does the chores around the house?" a girl called Momoka asked.
"Oh, I do them myself. My mother taught me. She was an amazing cook. And when she went to the hospital, she left me all kinds of different recipes. It was fun to create each dish. Especially when they turned out well. And it made me happy to see my dad enjoy it. I've had a hard childhood, but dad and I have managed to make it through okay." she explained. I smiled at her, and she caught it, but I made sure to the customers it looked like a smirk.
"So, uh.. Is it okay.. if tomorrow.. we request to sit with you again?" One girl asked.
"Yeah, I'd really appreciate that ladies." Haruhi said.
"Sure thing! We have a lot of gratitude for that, Ladies." I winked.
"Why are they so popular?" I heard Tamaki say. I pretended not to hear and listened on.
"Haruhi's a natural." Kyoya said.
"No training needed." the Twins agreed.
"And Karima's a rebel, so she would ignore your training anyway. They're called the Natural type and the Rebel type for a reason." I smirked. Yup, that's right Kyoya, I wouldn't listen to a word any of you said.
"Have you forgotten about me?" the stuck up Princess Ayanokoji asked.
"Oh, no. Sorry Princess. I'm just a little bit concerned about our newest hosts" Tamaki replied.
