"But Mom! He hates me." I whined.

"Jessica..." My mom trailed off.

"Mom. You have no idea. He makes such faces whenever he sees me." Not waiting for her to reply I continued.

"He hates my hair. He hates my voice. He hates my work. He hates my clothes. He hates my Existence."

"Jessica. Any female would hate you if you referred to her as a male." My mom gave a stern look.

"But Mom. She is the Man" I argued trying to suppress my laughter. My mom cracked a smile at that. Before she put on her I-am-scolding-you-so-shut-up look again.

"Jessica. What you have done today is inexcusable." I could see it in her eyes that she was tired of doing this again and again. Why wouldn't she be? 4 years and 3 schools so far. Oh Yeah. Excluding this one.

"It's not my fault that he changed the lunch hour." I pouted like a 3 year old.

"Half-an-hour. That's it. Only half-an-hour late and what do you do?" I flinched at her tone but mumbled quietly.

"But he still changed it. Lunch is the only thing I look forward to in school Mom. And he changed the hour"

"Even if SHE did change it that's no reason for you to dump a bucket of glue on her and then feathers" My mom said with a sigh. I smirked at the memory of our Principal Ms. Martha Williams covered in my best work. Of course I didn't do it alone. Maya and Dylan helped me. All of us knew that if I went to call her in case of an emergency she wouldn't budge out of her seat and would already suspect me as the cause of it. So I let them call her while I did the best work.

Creating my principal a walking human Chicken.

"Okay! Now I spoke to her and she has not-so-politely declined to have you here for your senior year." I didn't say anything and just quietly nodded. I mean I knew this was going to happen. It's not like I made oh-so-many best friends.

"So what now?"I asked already thinking about the new school a little out of town that I wanted to go to since forever.

"It's already the end of the year. So you will give your finals here and for your senior year I am sending you to your Aunt in Texas." My mom declared. What? I cannot leave New York. I love this city. I cannot leave my Mom. I love my Mom.

"What? Mom No! I cannot leave New York. And I have an Aunt in Texas?" I never knew that I had an Aunt in Texas.

"Yes. My best friend Cherryl lives in Texas with her sons. You will stay with her for the whole year." My mom smiled evilly. Oh So she was trying to get rid of me?

"I am not going." I stated.

"Yes. You are." She glared at me and her face said that she wasn't going to hear anymore of my whining.

"Yes I am."
