Competition Day Part 2

When we came off the stage I ran straight to Maria. I didn't care if I was upset with her. She is my best friend.
"Maria are you ok? "
"Luiza omg I am so happy to see you, I thought you were still upset with me,  and yes I'm fine,  I just almost fell when I did my layout step out. "
"Oh Good, and I can't stay mad at you, we are best friends. "
"Forever and always."

With that we hugged and got ready for solos.
She was solo number 9 and I was solo number 10. I really hope we make this top 5 together.

Maria was dancing to 'Smile'-R5. This girl is so obsessed with R5 it's so weird.

After hair and makeup we just went back stage to see the solos that were before us. They were really good. Especially this One solo that really stood out.  Her name is Emily. She was a consistent competitor but I didn't count her as a threat but I  guess she may well be One.

Number 8 was Ella and she was pretty good.  Maria's solo has to be amazing to make top 5. I know my solo will get me there.

Maria's POV

I started my solo and I was surprised  to see myself doing really good.  I feel I'm gonna make top 5. I know it.  When my solo was done I got applause form everyone and I felt amazing. I took my bow and walked off the stage.  I hugged Luiza, I hope she does well.

Luiza's POV
WOW that solo was amazing but I know that I am gonna blow away the whole competition. I walked out on the stage and took my place centre stage. My music started and I  danced wonderfully until my music stopped. I didn't stop dancing because I had the beat in my head. I was terrified in the inside but I didn't let that get to me. I finished my solo and I felt proud of myself. I walked off the stage and I could hear applause from the audience. I walked backstage to see Maria and Alejandro waiting for me.
I'm not upset with them anymore. ( they would make a cute couple). I'm just happy they were there for me.  I hugged them both tightly and I was happier than ever.

JUDGES DECISION

Congratulations for making it to the finale. Dancers,  tonight was a very hard decision to choose the top 5, you should yourself a round of applause.
Now without further adieu the top 5 in order :
5th Bella
4th Ella
3rd Emily
1st place there is a tied between Maria and Luiza.

We the judges couldn't decide. Both of y'all amazing performance. Congratulations again. Please take your bow.

MARIA'S POV
OMG,  Luiza and I tied.  I. I'm so happy. We are gonna go to university together. She is my best friend ever and I can't wait to see where university takes us.

LUIZA'S POV
I can't believe my dream came true. I tied with  my best friend. This has been our dream since primary school. Now we are going off to university together. I can't wait to see where it takes us.
