The After Party

Luiza's POV
       After the competition was over it was celebrating time. I changed into my black and white plad , short puffy dress and red flats. My hair was curled to perfection and I did light makeup. I looked perfect.  The after party took place at Electra Hall which was a block down from the competition hall.

I walked out front and I saw Maria just standing there waiting for me.  She wore a black knee length black fitted dress with her black converse.  Her hair was pulled straight and left all down. She Just wore a bit of lipstick.  We took a bunch of pictures, which Maria hated but I mean its me, we HAD to take pictures.

The driver came within a few minutes and we had Just finished taking our pictures.  We hope in our limo and within a split second we reach Electra Hall. It was so pretty. The outside was decorated with the winners pictures and names and there were lights that flickered pink and purple. The inside was even more beautiful.  Crystals hanging from the ceiling, a glowing dance floor, rainbow colors flashing from some crystals, the DJ playing some really nice mousic and it was just really awesome.

Everyone seemed to be having a really great time. I went over to the drink bar and ordered two strawberry daiquiri.  I went back to Maria and saw Her talking to Alejandro.  They look so cute together. She totally likes him. Anyway I went over to her and gave her her drink.

" Hey Luiza " Alejandro
"Hey"
" Umm...  Remember I asked if we could talk after the competition "
" yeah,  you wanna go talk Now? "
" Sure let's go on the rooftop OK "
" OK,  Maria we will be right back"
Okay!

We took the elevator to the rooftop.

" yeah you wanted to talk"
" yeah...  Can I ask you something? "
"yeah..  Go on"
"Do you still like me? "
"NOPE NO NO NOPE NOOOO , why you asked? "
"I just asked because I really like Maria and I want your help to know if she likes me. I didn't want any awkwardness between us sooo I just asked"
" OK, I'm sure she likes you tho I can tell"
"Oh okay but can you please make sure and just don't make it obvious please "
"Yeah yeah Alejandro I know what to do "
"So we cool"
"Yeah we cool"

We went back to the party.

Maria came rushing over to me.

"LUIZA WE NEED TO TALK." 
"uh... Ok"
"NOW LET'S GO."

What's wrong with her, is she drunk or something? Anyway we went outside.

"So what happened between you and Alejandro?" 
"Nothing, we just talked about something, anyway can I ask you something?"

"Did you two kiss? are you two together ?"

"What the hell no, I told you nothing happened."

okay this girl is really drunk

"Okay so what did happen."

"Maria you are acting kinda jealous, do you like him?"

"........... no.. no i don't."

Maria ( I watched her  with with my truth face)

"Okay fine I like him."

"Oh good because when we went to talk he asked me to ask you if you like him because he likes you."

"OMG I'm so happy and btw I knew you thought I was drunk but I am  okay."

"Yeah.... okay well go inside and talk to him. I'll be over here if you need."

I went over to the chair and I saw one of old best friends. His name is Elliam and we used to go to the same dance and chess club but he came out for a year for some big exam. It just finished I think and i heard he did well. obviously. He is tall, very muscular, has dreamy grey eyes, his hazel brown hair.  He is very good looking I must admit.

I wonder if he remembers me.( of course he remembers you Luiza y'all were best friends until he left but now he is here)

I wanted to go talk to him but I didn't bother. I just sad their on the chair playing pokemon go on my iPhone. I  really want in the mood for dancing. weirdly.

                         1 hour later

"Hey Luiza." 

"Oh finally we could.... oh hi .. Elliam."

"Uh... hey Luiza i guess you remember me."

"Of course I do would never forget."

"Congrats on winning you were amazing out there."

"Thanks congrats on your exam I heard you did well."

"Thanks uh... hey Luiza you want to hang out tomorrow for old times sake."

"I would love to, catching up on the whole year we missed."

"Great so I'll see you tomorrow then I'll come pick  you up 12pm."

"Yeah that would great."

"Well I gotta go because its getting really late and to honest I'm kinda tired so I'll see you tomorrow bye Luiz."

"Bye Elliam."

I'm so tired it midnight and maria hasn't reached reached yet ughh... I guess I'm gonna have to go find her.

I looked around everywhere trying to find her but I'm not seeing her anywhere. I know she is probably somewhere with Alejandro but where are they?
