Phoenix woke up next to sherlock in his bed her memory was blurry but she remembered last night's events .
" oh god " she groaned as she sat up in the bed . Realising that she was only wearing an oversized shirt she grabbed some clothes and fast walked into the bathroom to change .

Sherlock reached to the side of the bed not really knowing what he was searching for , then it hit . " Phoenix " he asked out loud when she didn't answer he opened his eyes . " she's up " he said to himself as he got out of the bed . He then remembered what happened last night and mentally kicked himself .
" sherlock you damned fool " he cursed under his breath .

Sherlock got dressed and walked into the living room . John was reading the morning paper and mis. Hutson was fixing tea in the kitchen .
John looked up when sherlock enters the room .
" well well well , if it isn't mr. Big shot " John teased .
" shut up John I didn't sleep much " sherlock sighed as he sat in his chair .
" that's weird , did Phoenix keep you up " John smiled " sherlock why didn't you sleep well ? "
" me and Phoenix were talking it wasn't her fault " sherlock sighed
" I didn't hear you door open last night , she must have slept on the floor " John raised an eyebrow .
" I wouldn't make her sleep on the floor what kind of person does that , oh god what is happening to me " sherlock yelled .
" sentiment " maycroft said walking in " sherlock Holmes " .

Sherlock rolled his eye's as Phoenix walked in but she stopped when she saw maycroft .
" sherlock ?" she asked looking at maycroft .
" Phoenix this is my brother maycroft " sherlock answered .
" really " Phoenix asked shocked " you don't look like each other at all well except your noses " she smiled as she sat on the couch .
" it's true we don't look alike " maycroft said looking at sherlock with a weird expression .
Phoenix got up " I forgot I have things to do " she walked into sherlock's bedroom .
" me to " maycroft left the flat leaving sherlock and John sitting in silence .
When Phoenix came back she was dressed in her usual clothes but she had put her hair into a ponytail .
Sherlock got up and opened the door for her as john watched .
Phoenix looked at sherlock as she was just about to walk out . She kissed sherlock and when they parted she looked in his eye's " solve me a case sherlock Holmes " then she walked down the steps.
" God sherlock you'd think that she worships you " John exclaimed .
" don't be stupid John " sherlock sat down in his seat .
" soooooo " John dragged " you two are serious ....... You didn't just talk last night did you "
" we might have slept together " sherlock looked away as if he was hiding something of which he was . " sherlock you didn't " John smiled.
" ok I admit it we went further are you happy " sherlock asked
John just sat there smiling and drinking his tea .

Phoenix was walking to the market . She needed tea bags because sherlock was running out . She felt like she was being watched so after she bought the tea bags she took the short cut home through alleyway . Someone grabbed her and pinned her arms to her sides and put a white cloth over her mouth until she passed out .

After a few hours sherlock was beginning to get worried when Phoenix didn't come home .
Lestrade walked in " sherlock ! " he breathed " a girl was kid napped " sherlock jumped from his chair and was out the door before John could finish getting up from his chair and cursing ...
