“Louis, I have something to show-” I started, but was cut off by two people coming into the room. “Hey Louis; someone from management wants to talk to you.” I heard Liam say, while Niall asked, “Who are you talking to? Your secret ‘Juliet’ that you won’t let us meet.” I guess Louis never told the boys who I was because we didn’t need more drama within One Direction.

Louis groaned, obviously to Liam’s statement, “Ugh… Probably to give me my script for tonight. He looked back at me, “I’ll be back in a few minutes; boys, want to talk to ‘Juliet’ while I deal with ‘them’.” Before Louis had a chance to roll off the couch he was laying on, Niall popped into view. “Skylar?” He asked, shocked, “You’re dating Skylar Styles?!”

A chorus of “Shhh” filled the room, and Louis covered Niall’s mouth with his right hand. “Shut up!” he hissed, “The world doesn’t know about her, remember?” A “Mhm…” passed through Louis’ hand and it was moved. “I’m sorry, Mate.” Niall said, much quieter, “I was just shocked. I never would have guessed ‘Juliet’ was Skylar.”

“And why not?” I asked, drawing their attention back to me. “The thought never crossed my mind is all.” Niall explained, “Honestly, I was starting to buy the whole Elounor thing, until I caught Liam snogging her in the green room a few cities ago.” Liam, who was just sitting in camera shot, was blushing a deep pink. Louis laughed, “As much as I love telling these embarrassing stories, I have to talk to my ‘special guest’.”

He smiled at me, before disappearing from my view. Liam and Niall scooted closer together so they both properly fit the screen. “So, you’re the Juliet Louis spends all his time texting.” Niall asked, still trying to wrap his head around it. I nodded, “Yeah. He used to anyway…” My smile dropped and the moods of the boys did too. “So, what do you think of the whole Elounor thing?” Liam asked and I shrugged, “Honestly, I hate it. I love Louis and Louis loves me. But everyone thinks he’s dating Eleanor, but she’s really dating you…” I sighed, “It’s so messed up… I wish we could stop the lies…” The boys nodded and I continued with, “So, why is Management giving Lou a script for tonight?” Liam sighed, “He has to act upset about El ‘cheating on him’.” I sighed, “Again, I’m done with the lies. I wish I was there to help…” Niall, who was surprisingly silent this whole time, said, “Perhaps you could.” He turned to Liam, “Didn’t Zayn sneak away to see Perrie before her concert?” Liam shrugged, “Yeah… Why?” Niall smiled, “Little Mix’s concert is 10 minutes from Cheshire. I’m sure Zayn can just pick Skylar up on his way back.” A smile crept across my face and Liam said, “That’s… not a bad idea. I’ll call Zayn.”

15 minutes later, it was all settled and I was sitting in Zayn’s Range Rover, with a bag at my feet. “I hope you’re happy. I was just getting cozy with Perrie…” he said. I knew he was teasing but I still felt bad; I felt like I was hurting functioning relationships while trying to fix my own broken one. Zayn must have figured I was thinking something along those lines, because he said, “I’m joking; I’m glad you’re finally coming to see something of ours live, for once.” “Yeah…” I said, realizing he was right. Since I was locked away during the X-factor, I have never seen anything live. Only a few ‘Home Concerts’ and Louis and Harry singing absentmindedly when they visited.

After a good conversation with each other, we got to the studio and shielded me from all directions, just in Paps wanted to appear and make-up another scandal. We made are way inside and in the green room. I waved to Niall, who was laying on the couch, and sat beside him. He pulled me down so he could hug me properly from behind. “It’s great to see you Sky.” he said, as he let go. I sat back up and smiled, “Same here. You guys are the best. Thank you.” Zayn, who had sat down in the chair close by, nodded and Niall replied, “You’re welcome. I just hope you’re presence stops Management’s plan.” “What plan?” I asked, curious of what Louis script told him to say. “He’s supposed to beg for El back and probably yell at Liam for hurting him. Li got a script too. That’s where they are now; practicing their lines.” “Lines…” I muttered, “This isn’t a play for press’ enjoyment… This is our lives they’re ruining. Our reputations, well, yours.” The boys nodded. A small smile played on my lips, “Come on. Let’s throw the script and improvise.”
