Rhydian's P.O.V.
"So what were you and my sister talking about?" one of her brothers asked.
"I would tell you," I said and looked at him, "But I dot want to die. I'm only twenty. I really want to live my life before it comes to an abrupt end because I was murdered."
"So you are afraid of my sister, too," he asked and I nodded my head. "If you are afraid of her I should tell you that Alpha McCloud and our father are a little scared of her too so there is no reason to be embarrassed."
"I'm not embarrassed," I said and he nodded, "if I was embarrassed I wouldn't have said anything because I wanted to keep it to myself. I'm not scared of her I just have respect for her so I will listen to what she says and that doesn't mean that I will follow everything she says or obey."
"Oh," he said as we reached the second floor. "Let me guess, you grew up respecting your sisters and your brothers didn't?" he asked and I nodded. "Well, there has been one of her and we always respected our mom because she is as scary as flip sometimes. I think that is what Avalon takes from her."
"What's your name?" I asked and he looked.
"Jace.'
"Well, Jace I need to get dressed so if I can do that then I'll meet you downstairs."
"Okay," he said and started walking away before he turned away, "Ryker has a lot of combat boots."
"Thanks," I said and walked inside, "Small house."
"This isn't a small house," I heard someone said and I turned to my right.
I was looking at another one of Alpha Hightower's sons and he didn't look that much different from the rest of them. He was taller, had the same skin complexion as Avalon, his hair was a dirty blonde and his eye were a sky blue. His hair was messy like mine and he was more muscular than the other sons.
"Are you sure?" I asked and looked around his room and it was a good size. You could fit another couch and another desk.
At home my room could fit another bed if you got rid of the three couches, the armchair, the coffee table, the desk and the flat screen T.V. I could actually fit two if I got rid of the desk, too.
"Seems really small.'
"How big is your house?" he asked and I looked at him.
"I have a three story and four stories under ground. Twenty seven bathrooms an under ground Jacuzzi and massage area. Underground tennis court, basketball court and pool."
"Really?" he asked and I nodded, "And I thought that we had a nice house. I also thought that it was the biggest house around, but I was wrong.'
"What's your name?," I asked and he turned to look at me, "I know that there is a lot of you and I can't seem to remember any of your names except for Jace, Avalon, Zoey and Alaynia."
"Ryker," he said and I nodded, "Rhydian Lightwood."
"I know who you are," he said and I smiled as he walked over to his closet. "My father hasn't stopped talking about you all night and neither have my cousins or the girls in the pack."
"Cousins?" I asked and he nodded, "What cousins?"
"Alaynia and Zoey," he said and turned towards me, "The two other girls that were riding with you on the way here."
"Oh the two really annoying blonde and brunette?" I asked.
"The exact same ones," he said and I chuckled, "They can never seem to get enough of any Alpha that is near them."
