Background- Reinhart was a puppy born for the sole purpose of study. His mother and father had been abducted and forced to breed; his siblings, 3 brothers and 4 sisters were killed during experiments gone wrong or becouse they tryed to escape. He was brutally tested on for a year, being the first dog to age like a human but learn quicker then a 13 year old. This lasted for a 2 years, Reinhart not actually having a real name to go by, they called him E.01S, or Experiment 01 Success. He had tryed escape a few time but all proved to be a failure, but Reinhart was able to break some of the equipment, and that same equipment came back to haunt him. The scientists that were there tryed to fix up the equipment and thought they did when it was far from it. A year later of still being tested on, he still was getting punished but it was much more brutal as everything should be when a new year has passed; new knowledge, new technology, new ideas, new hope. It was on a normal day on his second year and 3 mounths there when a lad accident happend. He was being experimented on when a few of the chemicals and machinery started to go wrong. Reinhart had every chemical and ever single voltage of electricity all over him, redoing all his atoms and DNA, giving the power to run so much faster then the Flash himself. The equipment over powered and exploded, making it seem like Reinhart died. The whole entire building was evaluated before crumbling down. That cought the attention of the Justice League, they wanted to come there and have a look, not looking closely enough and missed there little dog experiment. Reinhart had been unconscious for about 2 days when he was found by a girl; the girl was a the protégé of Batman, the wolrds "greatest" detective. She found him under a pice of debris, moving all the rock away and picking up him. She was with a team of 6 members called Young Justice, not actually being on the team with the or mission; she was the one who figured out about the dog experimenting and got the correct answer unlike the JL. Winter Soldier brought Reinhart back to the Watchtower for emergency medical care, knowing he was alive and had something special about him. Not even a week later Reinhart was bouncing off the walls, being extremely happy and excited about not being in that hell hole anymore. He wasn't two happy though when he found out that the person who saved him father didn't want to bring home a dog; that soon changed after Batman and some League members saw he had powers, very powerful ones. It was shown during when someone was bothering Alexa, aka Winter Soldier- and sense she doesn't like to get physical with any heros, not matter how much of a bother they are, Reinhart backed them right off using his powers, more then just one though. Batman soon aloud Winter Soldier to keep him, also alowing Reinhart to be a hero like Krpto. Except much more well known, he was given the name Rapid Shock by the populous, having his own costume and place in the bat family
