Background- Papyrus was abandoned at the age of 2 from his parents who are still unknown. He was left chained at a light post at trailer park that had drug dealers, gun men, bombers, and villains at it. He was found by the Justice League after it had been revealed that a mass killing had happened there, by the time they found him though it already had been four days and it was in the middle of winter. The Justice League brought him to a hospital, seeing his unnatural hair color and odd looking eyes though, they decided to have him over at the Watchtower for a few days first. Winter Soldier, or Alexa Morrison; was the one to fix him up and run the test, she found odd and weird genetics but dident think of it as anything serious. Martian Manhunter read his mind too see that his parents had did that to him so suggested he goes of to an adoption center. Papyrus, who's name actually back then was "Useless", would of went but Alexa just at 18 decided to take him in, fighting her father and any other JL member who disagreed; she won the fight and changed his name to what it is now, having her boyfriend, or currently fiance, was his said to be his father figure. Now at 10 years old Papyrus knows of his power to have infliction over ice, and other; he goes by Sub Zero, fighting evil by his familys side.

About powers: He has the power to control ice, like levitate it, make it exploded or implode, or even morph in into a shape. He can also make ice out of nothing with just a thought, he can use them as weapons like big spikes and throw them at his enimes. These big spikes can be as big as he wants, mostly depending on his mood though. He can make any weapon he thinks of, or an object, into almost inbreakable ice, using it to fight. He can make ice paths to slide, shield or walk on, as long and wide as he wants. His powers will rarely ever drain
