Background-
Alexa was born into war with a solider for a father and a scientist for a mother. She had two older brothers, one being adopted and the other being her blood brother. She and her family lived in a forest area on a farm, so useally there wasn't alot of noise going on, mainly only the fighting of her parents. Alexa was unwanted from her mother, Alexas eyes were the main cause of this, her father on the other hand, dident want a thing to change about Alexa and wanted her in the family. He would protect her and stand up to his wife. Being a solider though meant he couldn't be there to often, he was also out fighting or helping. Alexa dident actually start facing physical abusment until she just reached the age of 5 though. The law in there country wasent exactly there or a government, everything was just "get the invaders out of our country", survive, and so on so forth. So there was no one to stop this from happening, her mother had gotten her blood brother on her side and he did not help Alexa at all, he even harmed her himself a good couple of times. Alexas adoptive brother though took to there fathers side and would help Alexa when he could or get Alexa away from there mother. Eventually though, Ranna, there mother, had enough, she would start to hit Alexas adoptive brother for protecting her and taking side with Jack, there father. Ranna soon became abusive to everyone but her son who sided with her. Jack was forced to fight back a good amount of times but Ranna would always play innocent with him and act like she die nothing wrong. She was a heavy drinker and did drugs as well, she would lie and say she needed them for her conditions she didn't actually have, but there was agreement that something was wrong with her. All through out what made it even worse is that she was cheating on Jack with another person, he was just as abusive as she was but surprisingly more brutal, he also had instances were he would rape Alexa and force her to do things she dident want to, he would say he would help her and show mercy if she did these things but it was a complete lie. At age 9 Alexas home had been bombed and was burning down, her father had just arrived home and her mother had taken both of Alexas brother to safety. Jack assumed Alexa had also gone to safety and went to see if everyone else was okay, mainly the kids. He relized though Alexa was still in the home and went back in after her. Ranna had tried her hardest to stop him but Orion, thee adoptive son, helped Jack. Latimere, there blood son, was to cowardly to do anything though. Jack and Orion both ran in to save her. Alexa was stuck under debris though and unable to get up and move. Jack and Orion protected her from more falling debris and the flames. They had both burned to death in the process though, all while Alexa still struggled to free herself. It's unknown how she was saved but she was rescued and pulled out away from the home. Alexa had then tried to run away from Ranna. She was stuck in between doing it or not though. Alexa dident know if Ranna was doing this over her own will or becuase somthing truly was wrong with her. Alexa also dident want to leave her brother in fear of what could happen to him. She feared if she went back, things would get worse. But she feared if she left, she would be kidnap by the invaders, or just anyone and tourchered then killed. She didn't get to decide as Aiden, Rannas apprent "boyfriend" grabbed her and brought her back to Ranna. He lied and said she purposely killed Jack and Orion and it was her fault there gone. This only made everything worse. Alexa was brought to belive this was true and started to belive Ranna, forgetting what her father had always told her. She faced even harsher abusment, before it was at least for some reason, even for just made up ones or small, now it was just out of boredom and to get anger out. Latimere, also started to face some abusment. But that was actually his fault when he picked fights and dident do as told. Ranna was beating on Latimere one day and was highly intoxicated. She was saying things such as "I'll kill you before you become like your father" and such and almost accidently killed Latimere. That day though was one of the roughest days of Alexas life though, and something had broke within her and she fought away Ranna, something told her to finally finish this and to end it all by killing Ranna, and by this point, Alexa dident feel anything but anger. She used her skills her father had tought her and killed her. She was raped heavily afterwards though by Aiden when he found the mess. Alexa ended up taking two lives that day. She went to go find Latimere after he ran off, at this point being 11. She found him and helped him despite what he had done to her. After a few harsh and unforgiving mounths on the streets though they found there grandparents house. The problem was though that they also hated Alexa. They happily took in Latimere though and tried to kill Alexa for the deaths of the family. Alexa was tied in there basement with no food or water for days until Alexa managed to get out. However her brother had been killed by her grandfather and he commuted suicide leaving a note behind. To this day only Alexa knows what he wrote in it. Her grandmother was still alive though but unable to care for herself. Alexa took care of her though. Risking her life day after day to get some supplies and some food or water for her. Alexa had gotten trapped under debris once again though when again earthquake hit. Her grandmother was unable to do much of anything though so die of starvation. Alexa had gone without food much longer then her and still had nothing to eat but manged to live through it. She got herself unstuck and went on off her own. She had remembered though her fathers friends and that they were solider like Jack. With all the hardship in her life though she dident want to trust anyone, even though she had met them several times while training and just visiting the base with her father. She spent another year or so on the streets, mainly like most people. She was diffrent from the rest though, she was smart, witty, strong, clever, and most of all, fast. She had gotten more into the liking of explosives and such and used her specialties to fight the invaders. She killed thousands once in one week when she wired up explosives to the enimes health centers, vehicles, and territory they took over. One day though one of her missions went wrong and she was cought by the enimes. She was thought to be an American though, everything about her pointed against it but her accent and speach threw them off. She was brought to America to go find her parents or be put either into an adoption center or detention center. She got away before files could even be madeon her arrival and landing place though. She was now in Gotham, having new skills and a start over of her life. She had almost no clue what was happening around here or anything about mostly everything. She saw though people who fought crime and decided to do the same. She had took into the liking of fast cars, and actually just generally herself being fast. She used this as motivation to start herself up and become a speed based kind off "hero". She also used her past and newer training in martial arts and fighting and such to give herself support, also finding more ways to learn and gain more skill. With this she started out first using old run down vehicles, going around and doing task she agreed to do for money, vehicle parts, tools, weapons, and information. She upgraded to soon taking vehicles from victims or the victims partner. She would kill people, steal things, gain information, and just about anything else you'd ask of her to do with a fair/good price. But she always stuck to justice, she never killed anyone who dident deserve it or ever take more lives then necessary, she also never sold anyone good out to someone bad. She left all innocents out of her business and would not do a mission if a innocent life was at risk. She would never harm a child either or animal. She only did what was needed and nothing more, but it was very common of her to use, gain, or obtain things for herself and not for her assigner. With extra information, objects of all sorts, and just whatever else she has gained from her services, she is extremely dangerous and valuable. She has also now earned herself actual good vehicles with her mains being cars, she also has rightfully earned the titles "best driver in the world", "craziest driver in the world", and "fastest driver in the world". And though she is best known for her speed with vehicles and good upgrades to them, shes also extremely fast on her feet and with her skills, making her very hard to catch. She contiues on as so and has kept and enforced her same policy, she goes by many names but she's most commonly called "Peregrine 9" and "Blur"
