Chapter 9

I reached home staring at the time in shock. It's 12:45 am. I didn't realize how long I went. Shaking my head I park the car in its original place cutting the engine. I jump out chucking the keys where I first saw it and locked the car with my combination. 

I walk towards the elevator heading up. The elevator doors open and I see my mother standing there in her nightgown tapping her foot impatiently and her arms on her hips. I step out and she started to hit me with her magazine.

"I was so bloody worried. I couldn't leave until I saw with my own eyes that you made it safely. It's only been the first day here and you manage to stir up trouble. What if something actually happened to you."

Still hitting me and I grab hold of her wrist. I yanked the magazine out of her hold before letting her arm go. She huffed in annoyance shaking her head in disappointment. 

"You should get going too. I appreciate your concern but I'm old enough to take care of myself. If you want you can take the spare room and leave tomorrow, but if not then best you go now." 

I moved past her heading to my room. I open my room throwing the magazine on the bedside table grabbing my phone I decided to call Chad. Seeing that it would be morning in New Zealand I pressed on his number hearing it ring. I wait for him to answer and it takes a few rings before he finally answers.

"Uh, Hello" - Chad

I could faintly hear him but it sounded like he was trying to catch his breath panting really heavily.

"Yo ass it's me" - me

"Uh, who?" - Chad

Rolling my eyes at him. I sigh before answering.

"Silver, dumb ass" - me

"I know you are a dumb ass so what am I?..." - Chad

He chuckles still trying to catch his breath.

" Aw, Babe if I told you what you were then you wouldn't be able to understand with that peanut brain of yours" - me

Sitting up I walking towards the balcony.

"uh fuck, *panting* oh, ooh yeah totally. Whatever you say Sil" - Chad

"What are you up to anyway? You sound like a fucken dog hahaha" - me

"Uhh *panting* I just came from a *panting* run" - Chad

I open the balcony doors letting the frosty breeze in. There was a soft grunt from the other end of the line and it sounded like he was trying to muffle his moans. I heard a soft whisper following with a giggle in the background. 

He wouldn't, would he? 

My inner voice trying to figure out what the fudge is going on. I hear another whisper following with a giggle and I finally clicked who it was.

"Oh hell?! Already?! What the actual fuck Chad!! I just left yesterday and you decide to move on?!! You're a complete asshole. You fucken manwhore! Sleeping with that slut already?!! You might as well sleep with the whole fucken school. Oh, wait you probably did since you just fucked the school slut"

"Fuck she heard?! Wait, shit!! I don't know what you are talking about. There is no one here. You are probably just hearing things" - Chad 

Can this idiot be even dumber then he is? My inner voice shaking in disappointment. 

"You're so pathetic Chad. Madonna Sterling. The famous wellington whore. Bro, I can fucken hear yous!!" - me

I screamed into the phone making him flinch. Letting out a sigh I could tell he was brushing his back. 

"Sil, it's not what you think" - Chad

"Whatever Chad, you're so full of shit. I knew the rumours were real. Pity if you were to get STDs from her since her legs are open 24/7. Honestly, go fuck yourself" - me

I can expla...." - Chad

Hanging up I walked back inside plugging my phone into the charger. I got up heading to my bathroom, brushing my teeth, tying my hair into a messy bun and rinsing my mouth taking some mouthwash leaving my breath smelling minty. 

I walked out of my bathroom heading to my walk-in closet grabbing a huge T-shirt slipping off all my clothes. I am in my undergarments slipping on a huge T-shirt falling midthigh. I walked tiredly to my bed climbing under the soft duvets tugging it tightly over me. I forget all my problems, sleep drowns over me and I am out like a light.
