"How do you know the ways around London even though you just moved here?"

Gwen mutters quietly breaking the awkward silence.

"My Dad was originally from here and we would usually come here for holidays. My Dad use to drive me around London and I would remember some of the places he would take me to see and these roads are familiar."

I stated simply not taking my eyes off the road and the awkward silence is back again. I turn into the plaza mall and Gwen gap's in surprise. Telling by the look on her face I think this is her first time at this mall. I remember when I was eight and my Dad would take me here shopping.

"Is this your first time here?"

I ask calmly and she ignores my stare blushing tomato red and I chuckle lightly. This girl can never fail to surprise me.

Easy there woman. You're gonna scare her

My conscience says making me instantly shut my mouth clearing my throat pulling into a carpark. Once I cut of the engine I grab my phone sliding out the car but I realize Gwen is still sitting in the car.

"Are you algood, Is something wrong?"

"Umm, I don't have money"

"Hahaha, hurry up man don't even worry" my thick New Zealand accent really noticeable considering Gwen is staring at me in amazement.

"You have a really cool accent" she says slipping out of the car and I head towards the mall locking the car behind me Gwen following close behind.

We headed inside and we went straight to the food court. I felt eyes on us and then what made it even awkward cause then my started to ring.

*"Hey I just met you and this is  crazy so here's my number so call me maybe. And, all the other boys, try and chase me so here's my number so call me maybe"*

Groaning and cussing at Quota for changing my ringtone. I quickly answer it not bothering to check the caller ID.

"What?" -S

"Well hello to you too" -B sarcasm dripping in his voice

"What do you want Ben?" -S already knowing what he is about to say.

"I heard about you and Chad. Let him expla-" -B

Feeling anger flash in my eyes I hang up on him not wanting to listen to him anymore. I switch my phone off and turn to Gwen who was shuffling on her feet.

I grab her wrist and drag her to a table and sit her down before walking away to the food stores buying everything from each store in the food court and ordering them to our table where Gwen was seated. I take my seat quietly and immediately people with our food comes in and places it on our table carefully making our table full and they had to push more tables towards us because of the amount of food. The food I ordered took up 10 tables and Gwen looks at me gaping.

"Who else is coming?"

"No one" I shrug popping a chicken nugget in my mouth.

"Who is all this food for?"

"Us and if you don't love food as much as I do then we obviously can't be friends", I say seriously and her eyes lit up in approval.

"Where have you been all my life. I never met anyone who can eat as much as I can."

Gwen squeals excitedly munching on her cheeseburger. We stare at another and then back down at the food a emotion sweeping quickly across her face and I know that look and a identical smirk appear on our  faces. I slowly count to three and we start eating the food like we haven't eaten in forever. People that were near our table looked at us in disgust but Gwen and I had no shame and just kept eating.
