Chapter Thirteen

Deuce

I sigh anxiously, making Danny turn to me in confusion. I just shake my head, looking at the floor of the dressing room. We were getting ready for an interview. In which, we will address the fans of both 9Lives and Hollywood Undead and explain that there will be a truce between the bands. Also, we are going to tell them that Danny and I are together.

Everybody is here, Hollywood Undead, Arrowbella, Jewel, Arina, Scarlett, Ava and even Kells. The guys wanted their adoptive daughters to be there, because Jewel and Arrowbella haven't really been shown to the fans. Every fan of Hollywood Undead knows who Scarlett and Ava are. Kells is here because he and Charlie decided to tell the world they are together. My sister is here not only to support Jewel, but as a member of 9Lives because the rest of the band refused to come.

"Okay guys, this is going to either go great-" George begins.

"Or it's going to be a total fucking train wreck that has catastrophic consequences." Arrowbella finishes with a cute smile.

"Must your child be so negative..." George asks Matty and Dylan.

"She isn't negative, she's realistic and sarcastic as fuck. Plus I believe she is high right now, because the homie Funny Man can smell weed." Dylan answers with a laugh.

"Dylan please can't you just be a responsible parent, sharing weed with our daughter isn't responsible!" Matthew whines, making us all crack up.

"Are you sure you're Da Kurlzz? Sounds more like Da Whiner." Charlie chuckles.

"We have to go like right now guys." Danny says nervously, checking his watch.

We all head out to the interview place, and I laugh when I see the couch they had wasn't big enough for our huge family. Arrowbella jumps on the couch, as does Dylan and I shake my head. I wouldn't want to be Matty, it's like he's raising two teenage stoners instead of just one! Danny politely sits down on the floor, holding Scarlett in his lap. George and Jorel sit down on the couch with Ava and Jewel. Matt squeezes in beside Arry. Arina sits at Jewel's feet and I sit beside Danny.

The interviewer, a young woman, sat in a chair next to the couch. She had black hair with a purple part in her bangs, her eyes were a gray color but one of them had orange and green in it, and she had a lip ring. She didn't look much older than Arrowbella, which shocked me. I noticed her wearing a 9Lives shirt and I smirk, seeing how excited she looked at the sight of me. We all smile at her, waiting for the first question.

"Hello! I'm going to be interviewing you guys today, my name is Roni. I just want you guys to know how much of a fan I am of both your bands." The woman, Roni, introduces with a smile.

"Thank you." George says, returning her smile.

"So, what would you guys like to talk about?" She asks shyly.

"Ninelives and Hollywood Undead would like to announce a few things." I explain and she nods.

"Alright. What brings you here Deuce? It isn't a secret how much you hate Hollywood Undead. I'm extremely curious as to why you are here." Roni asks me.

"Well you see, it's a funny story..." I start, blushing as my eyes dart to Danny.

"Oh I see! It involves Danny?" I could tell by the look in her eyes, that she knew exactly what brought me here.

"So, Danny, why is Deuce here?"

"We are dating and have been together for three months now." Danny says with a smile as he pulls me close to him. Roni squeals, making the cameraman shake his head.

"I'm so happy for you two! What else do you guys want to tell us?"

"There is going to be a truce between Hollywood Undead and 9Lives. Deuce is the manager of Hollywood Undead, so there isn't a need for any more bad blood between our bands." George answers.

"I see, anything else?" Roni continues.

"These are our daughters." Matt says, gesturing to Arrowbella and Jewel, so Roni turns to them.

"Would you lovely ladies like to introduce yourselves?" She asks.

"I'm Arrowbella Alvarez. My parents are Dylan Alvarez and Matthew Busek." Arry replies.

"Jewel Decker. My parents are George Ragan and Jorel Decker." Jewel says quietly.

"And why is Machine Gun Kelly here, might I ask?"

"He's with me, because our entire band is a bunch of faggots." Charlie laughs, making the members of Hollywood Undead laugh and I laugh too.

"Everybody already knew that." Roni giggles, I knew she wasn't being mean because she's clearly a fan.

"So that's all we have to announce." Jorel says with a smile at her that made her blush bright red.

"CUT!" The cameraman yells and Roni stands up.

"C-Could I have your autographs? I am a huge fan!" She pulls a Swan Songs CD from her pocket along with a Ninelives CD from her other pocket.

"How did you even fit those in your jeans pockets?" Dylan asks.

"My skinny jeans are magic." Was her answer, Dylan leans forward with a chuckle.

"Got a Sharpie in there too?"

"Actually," Roni leans down to her combat boot and pulls out a metallic gold marker, "yes I do."

Hollywood Undead and I sign the Swan Songs CD. Arina and I sign the Ninelives CD and then we leave. We all decide we were hungry, so Arrowbella made us go to McDonald's. Jorel takes everybody's order while the rest of us settle in the back of the fast food restaurant. I look over at Danny, who smiles at me.

"I told you we could do it." He smiles bigger, knowing he was right.

"God I fucking love you." I say, smiling just as big as he was.

"Well you know I love you too babe." Danny replies, leaning over and giving me a short kiss.
