Devin

Ryan wouldn't stop texting Ricky, he wanted to meet at the lake.

"Ricky you shouldn't go."

"I know Dev but maybe if I do he'll leave me alone."

"Or he might not."

"It's worth a try."

I sigh, there was little I could do to stop him.

"Fine but I'm going with you."

"Deal."

This was the same lake I died in. Since then I've been terrified of water, I notice Ricky avoids it also.

Ryan was waiting out on the dock, it smelled of rain and it set me on edge. I disappear and follow Ricky.

"Glad to see you actually came, although I'm sure Devin came along."

"What do you want." Ryan steps a bit to close to him.

"I want you back."

"No, is that all or can I leave now?"

"No, I'm taking you with me."

He grabbed his arm but Ricky clamped his mouth onto it. I walk into Ryan and send shocks throughout his body. It threw Ricky back but not enough to hurt him. Ryan lay stunned on the wooden dock.

"Ricky comm'on we have to go." The wind picked up and the waves got bigger. I panic but Rickys safety was more important than my fear.

He didn't respond, Ryan was getting up and there was nothing I could do about it.

He punches Ricky in the head knocking him almost unconscious, blood poured from his head. He threw him in the choppy water. I sink down with him, his eyes closed, hair floating around his head. His pale skin glowed in the dark water. I wasn't solid enough to lift him.

"Ricky wake up." I sob.

He sinks to the bottom right next to my body, my body that was never found. There was nothing I could do, he was already gone.
