Chapter 5: A Day Of Bloodshed.

~Light's p.o.v.~

Jake wanted me to go to the studio and watch them record. And when I say them, I mean my Jakey. Now because we're dating, Jinxx has eyes like a hawk. If I go somewhere, he has to know every little detail. Because I'm so smart, If he's out and about, I just simply text him.

Texting:

L: Light

JJ: Jinxx

L: Going to the mall. Be a 1h.

JJ: Okay. Have fun. Don't get lost or snatched up. Lol

L: Haha I won't. I'll text ya again when I'm done. Ok?

JJ:Okay. Still stuck in the studio. & Jake says hi.

L:Aww tell him I said hi back for me. Bye

JJ: Fine. Bye.

I was halfway to the mall by then. I was listening to my iPod. I was scrolling through the artists and land on Five Finger Death Punch. Hmm... What so- Then It goes dark.

*Accident Scene*

I was crossing a busy street then a car ran the red light. I didn't even have time to look up when it hit me full force. I flew 20 feet in the air and skidded another 5 causing major road burn. I only remember screaming. And the landings.

I was so scared. Jake. Where's Jake?! He has to be here! I need him! I try to move but can't. Then a voice is talking to me. "Hey! Hey Kid! Can you hear me?! I called 911!" What happened? I go into a deep sleep that took over me. I can't see or hear anything anymore.

*End Of Accident Scene*

~Jake's p.o.v.~

We finally got done with recording and my phone rings. It's Light.

"Hey Baby girl."

"Is this Jake Pitts?" Huh? This isn't Light's voice..

"Yes. The one and only. What Happened to Light?!" Some guy has her phone. Only bad news can come next..

"Is that her name? She was hit by a car crossing the street. She's in critical condition. She keeps saying your name. Please come to the hospital." Then he hangs up. Oh my god. Light got hit by a car. My phone slips from my hand breaks hitting the floor. The guys are staring at me wondering what's going on. Then my knees cave in sending me down on the floor with tears coming down.

"Jake! Jake what happened?!" Ash yelled.

I managed choking out the words, "She.. She's in the hospital.. She.. She got hit by a car.." Then I close my eyes bawling like a baby. Jinxx will kill me for sure.

"Come on! She's counting on us! Especially you, Jake." I looked to see Jinxx standing in front of me. He lifts me up and pushes me to the door. I finally can run on my own. Down the stairs shoving people and fans out of my way so I could get to the door. Panting I yell, "Come on you slow pokes! I can run faster than all of you! Light is in the hospital! Let's move it!" That should get their juices flowing.

"Jake, you're riding with me. And I'm driving. Get in." Jinxx commanded.

We make it to the hospital in a matter of seconds if you count the four red lights we ran through nearly getting killed in the process.

All five of us pile in the front door causing people to stare but that's normal for us anyway. Jinxx gets to the service first.

"Light Ferguson. Where is she?"

"Are you her father?"

"Yes. Jeremy Ferguson. Where. Is. She." Woah.. He's pissed.

"Room 215."
