Hazel and I were currently walking down the beach. I was smiling, a little bit forcefully, but still smiling. I was extremely nervous. I think Hazel could sense my unease. Man. I love her so much.
This is it. The sun is almost done setting. Everything looks beautiful. Here goes nothing, well, my life!
I put my hand on Hazel's shoulder and spun her so that she would be facing me. I quickly got down onto one knee. "Hazel Levisque, goodness! You make me so nervous. Will you please stop being my girlfriend. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you, Hazel, become my wife? My partner eternally? Will you marry me?" By then I already had the ring out.
Hazel's hands were covering her mouth, eyes glistening with tears. She nodded vigorously. She then rushed on top of me and pushed me onto the ground. We kissed softly. I then repositioned her so that she was lying next to me. We cuddled for a few hours and then flashed back to Olympus.
