Michael Meets My Parents

Michael kisses my forehead as I'm sleeping on the couch he had to go to the studio to work on some time new material. I got up stretching I decided to do some house chores. I did the laundry, did the dishes, cleaned the bathrooms, made the bed and then I gave my self a break. We really don't need maids because Michael moved into my condo now that our relationship is getting more serious. Later on Michael was on the studio writing some lyrics and listening to melodies in his head. He started to sing through his recorder so he can replay the song again later. Michael came back home later this afternoon Michael gave me a piece of paper in my hands. "What's this?" Michael blushed. "There'll be no darkness tonight lady of love will shine, just put your trust in my heart and meet me in paradise, your every wonder in this world to me." Michael kept singing until he was done and hugged me tightly. "Awe what's the song called?" Adoring the lyrics. "It's called the Lady In My Life I always think about you when I hear this song in my head. It's  not done yet but this is what I have so far." I gave the paper back to him. "It's beautiful Mikey bear." Kissing his lips. "Thanks princess." Michael changes into his red pajamas  and sits next to me on the couch wrapping his arms around me. "Michael we need to talk." Looking into his eyes. "Yes baby?" Facing towards me. "I think it's about time you meet my parents." Giving him a nervous expression. "Oh uh, I don't if they'll like me yet. Also we moved in with out there consent." Biting his lips. "Yes I know honey but that's how we'll get to know each other. I bet  that our parents moved in together before they got married. They'll like you I always tell good news about you." He started to bite his nails. "Oh gee I don't know darling, you want me to meet them today?" Giggling. "Yes baby today." Michael gave in I called my parents to have us meet up some where. I hugged my parents as Michael stood beside me shyly he always acts like that around new people. "Mom and dad I want you to meet my boyfriend Michael." Michael shakes hands with them. "Oh hello there." She gave him a big kiss. We sat at the coffee table as we held hands with each other. "Mom, dad I know you heard about Michael before but I told him it's about time you guys meet." I just hope my parents likes him. "Yes every time she mentions you she is always happy. How long have yall been together?" Dad asked. "About two years sir." Michael and dad were chatting. "Daddy I hope your not mad but I let Michael move in with me, that's the best way I think Michael and I can learn from each other more and more." Dad gave me a weird look. "Honey but you guys aren't married yet." I bet he's going to make that same speech again. "Yes daddy I know but I wanted to let Michael know I trust him. I want you to trust him to dad." My heart sank. "Yeah I try my best to give her all of the love in the world. She is my princess and always will be know matter what." My dad sighs rolling his eyes. "I don't know guys. I understand that you guys waited for a while before you made the decision but I don't think I'm already comfortable with this whole moving in idea." Michael hugged me tight. "Dad we moved in with each other already, Michael is supportive with every thing I do and I do the same for him." Trying so sound mature as possible. "I think he's just trying to get into your pants honey." Michael felt guilty and disappointed hearing that from her father. "Daddy! He will never do something like that. I told him save it until we get married." Michael gets up from his chair. "Michael where are you going?" Grabbing his hand into mine. "Your dad doesn't like me I'm not good enough for you." A tear fell down his face. "Michael that's not even true I love you even my father doesn't approve of you." Kissing him softly. "Your dad is protecting I don't want things worse than it already is." My dad smirks at him. "Dad I love him you can't make me do this! I always told you how good Michael was to me! If you don't like Michael then fine I'm going with him." Michael is already out of the door I stopped him. "Michael baby listen I don't care what my dad says. I love you to death don't leave me." Tears pouring out of my face. Mom and dad were having a discussion about Michael at the table as we were talking outside. "I don't want to leave you either but your dad hates me." He hugged me tightly wiping tears off my face. "Yeah but I don't want anyone else but you." Michael kissed the top of my head. "Ok I'll just work it out and I'll never get into your pants, I want to wait until we get married. And  we could grow old and have kids together just like you wanted princess." I thought about the words my father had told me. "I think we should go back inside now, and work this out." Mom and dad saw us holding hands again. "Sir I love your daughter very much and I would never do anything to hurt her tender loving heart.  I'll give you the chance to prove how good enough I am to your daughter. It was nice knowing your Mr and Misses Costco." He shakes there hands and we left to go home as he holds me in his arms. "I love you princess." Michael says kissing me. "I love you to Mikey bear." I snuggle In his chest I feel so lucky to have a guy like Michael.
