Chappie 14

~JORDAN'S POV~

I've been nervous about this performance all night. What if I choke? Then it will all be my fault that we don't get that record deal. I'd be the cause and they would probably never forgive me for it. Ugh! We have about 10 minutes til show time and me and the girls are all gathering in our dressing room. I took in a deep breath and just kept my eyes on the ground which suddenly became interesting. Taylor put a hand on my shoulder and I looked up to her. "Your going to be ok I promise. We're all nervous and we understand that this will be hard, but if we want a chance to make it. This... well this is it.", Taylor said and I smiled weakly at her. We started to do our usual warm up thing. "Hi ho hi ho it's of to work we go. (whistle part) hi ho hi ho hi ho hi ho!", we all sang loudly. We marched out of the room and were stood behind the entrance to the stage.

We already knew the first song we were doing. We don't have many songs that we wrote our selves so we do a lot of covers. We ran out on the stage and everyone ran to their instruments. "123!", Taylor shouted and clicked her drum sticks. "Straight off the plane to a knew hotel!", I sang and instantly everybody knew the song. I looked down at Luke who smiled up at me and I smiled back continuing to sing. I looked out to the croud and back down to the first row. I saw some familiar faces that I've seen practically every where. They were in disguises so I could barely recognize them, but I knew it was them. I almost freaked out because we are performing their song in front of them and about 5,000 other people. I looked back down at Luke and kind of motioned him over to the 5 boys in front row. Little did he know he was sitting right next to the biggest boy band on the planet.

 Luke looked over to the side and finally noticed that he was standing next to Liam Payne. I just kept singing and watching him I need someone to focus on so I don't choke. After we finished our first song I decided to talk. "Thank you to everyone who came out to see us tonight it's great to perform in front of this many people. I hoped you liked our first song which was Midnight Memories by One Direction. I also hope you'll like the rest of them!", I said into the microphone out of breath from the song. I looked back to the girls and nodded and they started to play a song. I knew instantly what it was. It was Kiss Me by Ed Sheeran.

"Settle down with me cover me up cuddle me in.", I sang and everyone put up their phones and swayed them back and forth. I smiled at that. It's like a sky full of lighters hehe.

We finished the concert after a good 2 hours and it's about 10 now. I ran back stage after we bowed and thanked everyone for coming. As I walked back there I was all sweaty and gross and the Luke came running back stage over to me. "You did great babe!", he shouted excitedly when he got to me. I laughed and then I saw the record guy come back to us and some boys that got back here as well. All the boys were hugging us and laughing. Then it fell silent. The guy coughed and we all stepped forward. "I'd like to tell you that you have a record deal. Your music is phenominal and your sound is great. I look forward to working with you 4 talented girls.", he spoke and I was in shock. I can't believe this is really happening.

All the other girls were screaming and I was being hugged to death. I finally came out of shock and looked around me. Everything was going blurry. Did I mention I'm claustrophobic? Nobody really knows only my parents and close family not even the girls know. It all starts with blurry vision and then I breathe off and then I start to have like a panic attack. I started to breathe weird and the girls were letting go slowly, but I started to have a panic attack an started running and then I ran into someone. "Oh I'm so sorry.", I said and the person helped me up. They were still blurry. "Are you ok sweet heart?", an irish accent asked. "Yeah I'm fine I just panic attack... claustrophobic.", I breathed out and I could sort of see his face.

Worry was drawn to his face. "I have that too I know what to do come on.", he grabbed my hand and pulled me to another room with nobody in it. We stayed in there and I calmed down. "Thank you so much.", I spoke steadily and hugged the stranger. Once my vision came back I realized who it was. It was Niall Horan from One Direction. I suddenly stopped hugging him. "Um uh thanks.", I blushed. He smiled at me and we left the room to go find everyone. "Hey guys.", I said shyly. "Hey what happened?", Jayden asked. "I just didn't feel good. Sorry.", I whispered and they all heard me. Luke looked at me and mouthed tell me later. I nodded and we all left the arena after I said hi to all the 1d boys.

The girls and guys were still clueless as to what was going on. I laughed at them silently because they were so clueless. I just told them they were some old friends. It was kind of true though. I met them on the streets of California a long time ago and they never knew. I've been talking to them all since. That must be why they came here. I winked at them before I left. I also may kind of have a history with Harry. We dated for about 5 months before we had to break up. He was a good guy, but I'm with Luke now and there is no way possible that I will ever give that up.

We drove back to my house and all the boys went home except Luke so it was just us all alone. "Luke I need to tell you what really happened.", I stated and he sat down next to me on the couch. "i don't tell anybody about this ever, but I am extremely claustrophobic. I'm scared to be in crouds and yeah.", I explained and Luke just sat there in silence.
