Okay, so I didn't know where else to write this because I feel like I might write a lot.
THIS ERA.
BTS really outdid themselves with this. This is by far my favorite era. My favorite comeback. The music is beautiful and the visuals are on point. The music video was so aesthetic and dance was amazing. The music video itself was confusing, but all BTS music videos are confusing.
But this era man. Like, I'm listening to the songs on the album and I'm literally shivering. I'm shivering. It's that good.
The lyrics are so fucking deep. I mean, they've had plenty of deeper lyrics before, but I feel like that is nothing compared to now. The lyrics are so fucking deep. I don't know how they could go deeper. It's hard to explain, but even though I absolutely love this comeback, it kind of hurts to see these lyrics. To know that the boys are hurting this way. It's painful. They deserve to be happy.
BUT THESE SONGS. Fans have been wanting this for ages, and the BOYS DELIVERED WITH SO MUCH MORE. Instead of getting more lines in a song, they each got their own song! They each got beautiful songs. They perfectly showcase their talents, and their voices are absolutely beautiful. Again, these songs give me shivers when I listen to them.
The WINGS era is definitely my favorite era. I don't think BTS will ever have a comeback that tops this one for me. It's just too amazing, too deep. Sure, they'll have more amazing comebacks, but not to this extent. This just does it for me.
There's a reason BTS is as popular as they are, and this proves that perfectly. They deserve it all, and so much more. They deserve so, so much more.
