Inside the bear was a microphone and a camera as the eye. I couldn't believe it! Did Brandon try to spy on me? Or were most stuffed animals filled with a camera, cotton, and a microphone?
I went downstairs to ask my mom. When I told her about what I found in my bear, my mom was puzzled and furious.
"Why would you rip your bear's head off?!?!? Isn't that a birthday present from your friend?!?!"
I started explaining to my mom about how the bear was glowing purple and how Brandon sounded suspiciously nervious when I asked him about the bear glowing.
After I was finished with my story, my mom was silent. She looked astonished and disappointed at the same time.
"So why do you think it was in there? Do you think the companies make all of their toys with them?" I interrogated.
"Um, I don't know.."
"I'll go talk to Brandon at school.." I sighed. "I hope he doesn't run away this time..."

"Brandon! I found a camera and a microphone inside my bear.. You know.. The one you gave to me as a present?"
His reaction was the same as my mom. "Um.. I don't know about that.. And why would you even try to look inside your toy bear?"
"Ugh, look. Long story short, I took off its head and found these!" I held up the mic and camera. "You SURE you don't know anything about them?"
"Um, nope.. And does that mean you didn't like my present?"
"No.. It's not that... It's j-just.." I burst into tears as I thought about Wilson the Bear. I quickly buried my face in my hands and sprinted out of sight. Brandon made no attempt to run after me.
Ugh! Boys would never understand! Probably because they were never betrayed by the person that they like!
